Took forever for order to come
Took forever for order to come. When it arrived it wasn’t correct, they shorted me. I contacted them, Mario said they’d send it right out. After 6 emails later I finally received 2 more bottles, but am still 2 bottles short. Last time my cc was charged more than my checkout total was. They said it happens. Decent product but not worth the aggravation. Ordered 11/2/2025 received more today, still not correct. They sent an email and said 4 bottles were in this order, but again it wasn’t. Tracking number and link didn’t work.

I called three times to try to find my lost order then I called at least three more times because they said they would mail out another order but never did. I then gave up and asked for a refund. I called FIVE more times asking for a refund to which they said each time, “a supervisor will contact you about your refund”. It’s now been about two months and supervisors have never contacted me. Don’t know how they are still in business with such horrible customer service. Just lost $70.

After looking at the reviews on this site I am concerned about the legitimacy of this company as I just ordered some gummies and as mentioned by others reviews they had issues with tracking their shipment , also I noticed another charge on my card which I am going to dispute with my bank, if this is a fraud it will be dealt with through legal channels, people are tired of this kind of thing going on, I will make a difference!!

I Was considering buying some of the gummies on the belief that they would help me feel better, but upon reading the reviews I have hesitation and anxiety about ordering a supply. I definitely don’t need any issues with money taken and not authorized or paying for something that I won’t receive. I really would love to see how the gummies will work for me,, I am just not willing to go through the anxiety, is there anyone whom has received the order and found real relief in the product. HONESTLY AND WITH NO SCAM? Please I would really like to give this company a try, but I can’t afford any games.

Got a 10% coupon. Applied it. Receipt on the website applied the coupon. My card was charged the full amount, without applying the discount. They sent me a 20% coupon, which, when I attempted to use it on the site, was informed the coupon "didn't exist." I called them and the rep said the discount had been applied. He was wrong, but he was also very hard to understand, so I gave up. Have not been even notified that the bottle of gummies has shipped, so I don't even know if I'll get them. I think Keoni is a scam, from all the other posters here that have had issues with the money.

They offered me 25% additional discount for entire products… I accepted it because returning it would have been on my cost and possibly being charged for restocking. As of today the products have not being shipped… would write again after receiving it.

I received my order of 3 bottles +2 free 30 gummies each, but received bottles of 20 each. I haven't tried them yet since I just received them today. However I have contacted your customer support since the price was incorrect. Received answer on 9/11/2022 and was successfully resolved. Due to not understanding way order worked and was fully explained and a refund issued. Thank you so much will update after taking gummies a few days.

I ordered 5 bottles pf Keoni gummies for $129.99. Two weeks later they sent 5 more bottles that I never ordered and took another $129.99 out of my account without my permission. I wrote sent times. When I got the second batch, I returned them unopened. They gave me $80.24 back. They kept $4975 for restocking fee. Terrible . Never will I order from them again.

I ordered CBD oil and received the package on August 4th. Except it was gummies not oil. I called immediately and they told me to send them back at MY expense. I told them no. If they wanted them back they could pay for shipping. I also told them I would keep them but they needed to credit my card because the oil was significantly more than the gummies. By the end of the conversation, they told me to keep the gummies and they would send me the oil. Today I sent an email and found out the replacement oil was never shipped. After several emails back and forth the last email I was sent said “we have confirmed you received your oil on Aug 4th.” Omg! I did not! Yes the shipping said oil but I was sent gummies. Terrible customer service! So I am in a battle to get a credit on the difference in price I paid and to cancel my reoccurring monthly order. I would not recommend this company!

I've always been a light sleeper and more recently it has been worse. Friend suggested these gummies and I tried them this week and boy, are the effective for helping me sleep. I take one before bed and one if I happen to awaken during the night and I fall back asleep. It's rather amazing it works so well, and I am very happy. Thank you!
