What a crappy company
I ordered the wrong part for a bike. The day after receiving the part I reached out to try to return. The response I received questioned how I confused the parts. That was it. How did I confuse the parts. I'm sorry, I am just a dad trying to get a replacement part for my son's bike, not a bike builder. So when I followed back up after the smart a$$ response I received, I was advised ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Find a reputable bike company to deal with. These guys are a joke.

Manufacturing error, no refund or exchange
Got a bike with manufacturing defect. They saying it happens because the box was dropped. No damage to box, no damage to bike, parts simply don’t fit due to error on manufacturing. Won’t reimburse or exchange so I’ll need to get a lawyer involved. Very sad Christmas for my kid. My recommendation is to not purchase from them. Customer service reps seem to training in finding excuses not in serving customers.

Impossible parts
I ordered a brake caliper for my ozone 500 that said it would arrive in 2 to 6 days. There was no option other than USPS. After 6 days I got an email from Kent saying I needed to call USPS as the order was not deliverable. After 8 days I still had not received my order so I called kent International asking them what was taking so long and why I needed to Call USPS as they were the ones that shipped it. I had ordered it on a Friday they told me they shipped it on Monday. That's three days after I ordered it which makes it arriving in two, three, or 4 days impossible. They said they couldn't see where I was sent an email saying I needed to Call USPS for a undeliverable package. And asked me to send it to them. I did and received an email back saying they must have made a mistake. Now nine days after I place the order I received a package containing the wrong part. What the hell do you do now? Am I to believe when I spoke with them on the phone that day they couldn't see what I ordered and what they sent didn't match? How many mistakes can you make on one order? They can't see what emails they sent? They can't see what parts they sent? I can see getting a refund is going to be a nightmare. Kevin Watson Topeka, Kansas

What a piece of junk
My grandson recieved a bike for his birthday in late April by early June the chain broke and was replaced 3 times, front and back k shifters broke and a tooth of the sprocket broke off. They will not stand behind thier product without a receipt which is impossible to get.what a piece of junk. I have talked to live chat and phone without any satisfaction

Bike arrived damage and with missing parts. Some small parts may have fallen out of box but larger parts like headrest for the recumbent bike were apparently never included in the shipment. Called customer service and they told me to be patient they will get back to me. The part that holds the bike hinge is missing and I cant use it at all. Very frustrating. Lots of bad reviews, should have spent more and bought a quality product

Caution; Expect trouble with the wheels I bought two bicycles the front wheel on my wife’s bike is too bad to even ride it. The front wheel on mine squeals due to rubbing the brakes and was wrapped also. The cycle shop repair man said they were so bad he didn’t know if he could even fix them. They seem to be good price overall if you’re just going to ride once in a great while but if you are going to ride a lot stay away from these. The repairs did work and Kent reimbursed me 40.00 but if I buy a new bike I expect to be able to go ride it not go to a cycling specialist.

Horrible service. Ordered the bike it was never shipped. Tried to call the company. Got one e-mail; said "on its way". Never got the bike. Finally after being on hold on Christmas eve they said "the bike never shipped out of stock. We'll give you a refund". Forced to go out on Christmas Eve and by a replacement . Did not get what I wanted. If Kent would have been honest and said "out of stock" on the 10th, I could have shopped on-line again and gotten another bike. They lied and strung me along for two weeks. Very disappointed, Will never do business with Kent International Bicycles again. .

Absolutely horrible experience
Absolutely horrible experience. Item ordered days ago. Sent two emails to the company asking for assistance. No response received. The initial order said shipping label made and delivery by UPS by the 18th. Finally called their customer service and was told it is still in the "warehouse". He has no one to contact for further assistance. So the Christmas present for a special need child goes by the wayside. When I asked how to cancel the order and get my money back, he says that takes 3-5 day. No managers available to speak with me. I did request an escalation to this terrible experience. Absolutely no resolution!

I would give them zero stars if I could. Purchased a 26" Margaritaville Coast is clear beach cruiser directly from Kent. box arrived with visible damage but my excited 7th grader who it was for had already opened it. I put it together for her and notice the rear rim is wobbly and rubs on the fender, I inspect further and notice there are several spokes that are loose. No big deal, take it to the bike shop. they take the wheel off to tighten things up and they tell me the issue is not just the loose spokes but that the damage on the rim is that its not circular but egg shaped. I contacted kent international and after some back and forth on the phone and sending videos of the damage with the tire spinning so they can see the wobble. they tell me they don't have any of those rims they can send me (liars) and that I could take it to a bike shop and they can cover repair up to $25. so much for a lifetime warranty on bikes they boast about on their site. so now my options are to stick to a new damaged bike or ship it back to them by taking apart and putting it back in the original box and paying a restocking fee.I will never buy from them again and recommend no one else does either. they don't stand by their product and their customer service is lazy; you'll have to do all the reaching out to get any response from them, every time.

There was an issue with the logistics company who delivered my order (we never got the baby seat). I called Kent bikes, and spoke with Daniel who was very supportive and committed to helping me out. He personally let the necessary department know about my issue, and emailed me himself that a replacement seat was on the way. It was refreshing to experience that level of customer support.

A NIGHTMARE
Trying to return two kids bike seats that didn't work for us has been a NIGHTMARE. They won't return emails, send you from one team member to the next and then block you. I will never do business with them or Giordano Bikes again... I am not sure the affiliation, but I bought from Giordano at their site and then was sent to Jonathan at jgrodsky @ kent. bike and then Scott @ kent. bike for support?

I purchased a Kent 2500 7 speed Bayside…
I purchased a Kent 2500 7 speed Bayside bicycle at Walmart on 3/18/23. While riding this bicycle and not shifting gears it would drop out of gear while pressure was being applied to the pedal. It happened frequently while just riding along . Returned the bicycle and purchased a second Kent 2500 same as the first and it is doing the same thing. Returned that bike and bought a Huffy.

At first I was sceptical as didn't find any reviews about this website, but did take the leap of faith and ordered the bike replacement part from this website. The tracking number provided in the "Shop" app they partner was wrongly maked as USPS, where actually it was the FedEx one. Took a couple of days more than estimated, but eventually I received my bike part. All good here. Legit website and business. Thank you.
