Great resource for parts for exercise equipment, with friendly staff who are very helpful.
Being from out of town, I drove thru a lot of traffic and arrived late, after the cutoff time for picking up orders. But the staff was gracious and gave me my order, along with answering my many questions. Then a part I was looking for that everyone thought didn't exist, I discovered, that had a different name, they did have. Fought traffic a second time to pick that up, then returning other parts that were no longer needed. The return/exchange process was easy and painless.

Exactly What I Was Looking For + Great Customer Service
Had the exact make and model of a standard sized weight lifting bar clamp which I could not find on Amazon or elsewhere. Reasonably priced. Added bonus, it was within a short driving distance for me to pick up. Customer service via email for order confirmation & ready-for-pickup was excellent. Pickup at the store's front counter was also excellent. The staff had my order packaged and prepared for me on pick up day. Greeted with smiles, and professionalism.

Kam Parts shipping policy.
We ordered 20 plastic bushings for Life Fitness equipment. The weight was approximately 2lbs. They shipped from CA and we live in Maryland. They charged us over $90 to ship!!!! I went to the site again just test the shipping policy. I “ordered” 4 pulleys weighing almost 5 lbs to the same zip code and shipping was $23 and change. When I emailed about this error they said Shopify does all that for us, when we pack and ship it we’ll credit back any difference. I just received shipping confirmation and the $90 UPS charge was billed. Needless to say we won’t be ordering from them again and believe people should know about this shipping scam. I did find the parts at another reputable distributor.
