I love Kadence for its ease of use and many options as well as the outstanding support team. One of the best I've worked with. They respond quickly and are always committed to helping me resolve my issue. To any Wordpress user, I strongly recommend Kadence theme!
Great theme with excellent support
KadenceWP and Blocks are amazing. The ability to design whatever your imagination can think of. Plus it's fast and the design library of starter sites are simply beautiful. The next test is customer support. This turns out to be quite fantastic too! There's a personal touch where the agent (in this instance Erin Moriah) reaches out and is able to offer genuine support. Not a 2 word stock answer. If Kadence continues to sparkle I see a very bright and promising future.
FANTASTIC after trying a few free themes and wasting a lot of time building my website they crashed my site or reduce speed or just couldn’t customise them enough. Kadence is RELIABLE Stable Robust has way more options for customising WP and it’s free.

I'd heard some great things about Kadence...it was supposed to be the most awesome Wordpress theme with superb support. Well, here's my experience. I'm quite handy with Wordpress, having used it on various websites since 2009. I know my way around. But the way that the developers have created Kadence have made it so opaque and so complex that navigating my way around made me feel dizzy. It is SO complicated. That said, let's be fair. If you want to create a simple, cookie cutter website which looks like every other website out there, knock yourself out. I reckon within the same day you could create a truly fantastic website. But I didn't want my site to look like everybody else's site. I wanted to create something from scratch. Something rare, beautiful and unique....and that's where Kadence falls down unless you are an expert Kadence dev.....which I am not!All I want is to create 5-6 simple but beautifully presented pages and here I am, two weeks in, and I have only managed to create a single holding page. I am currently trying to create a simple contact page and 4 days on, I've still not managed it. Every time I reach out to support, it's always the same poor guy who responds (so maybe there's only one support person?) and it's always 24-36 hours before I get a response and then the response doesn't even address my pretty basic question. I am BEYOND frustrated but having committed to Kadence, I want to go all in and really work out what I'm doing with it because I do believe it's a great system, once you understand how it works. So that's my honest appraisal. If you're happy with a cookie cutter site (which frankly 99% of people probably are), then fill your boots. It's awesome. However, if you want something a bit more bespoke, then if you're time poor either prepare to pay someone to help you build it or if you have a few spare weeks to properly roll your sleeves up and get your hands dirty. Because let me tell you, you've got one hell of a project on your hands.
