I have been trying to reach someone at this compay to get my e-ticket and have had zero luck. I have called and no one returns my calls. My flight leaves in 3 days and I have no ticket confirmations
Horrible don't purchase anything they are scamming people they give you a reservation but the flight company canceled due to possible fraud im reporting them at the consumers office im going to see if I can proceed legally or what can I do.
This is a scam company. I purchased tickets and then was never notified they were cancelled. I requested a refund and never received it. They claimed they had to refund in a point system through the Klarna app and that was a scam as well. Do not purchase tickets through this company.

Horrible service con me into doing a review as soon as I start dealing with them asking for it to be a 5 star review. Then continue to string me along for weeks until finally telling me a price 3 times the original to lock in my tickets. This is a complete scam please don’t waste your time like I did mine go to a more reputable seller these people are just trying to scam you not to mention you can’t understand a single person says on the phone
This is a SCAM company do not proceed with any bookings. They will take your money send you a invalid confirmation and when you try to contact them or speak to someone you cannot get thru Now I'm sitting here trying to get my funds back since I had to dispute the charge.

They called me to confirm my reservation, only to then tell me I needed to upgrade $250 per person because there were no more economy seats available. When I told him I didn't want to upgrade, and that they should not be trying to sell tickets they DON'T HAVE, he started trying to convince me to let the use my funds to find me alternative at no extra cost (scammy). I kept telling him that's not what I wanted and he started getting upset at me asking me "why had I made a reservation I did not want" and that I had already confirmed the flight reservations. I told him he was very nice for being upfront about it and that I needed to cancel everything and he tried to gaslight me saying that I had already confirmed, and he needed to charge a cancellation for 50% of the purchase. I told him that their website said that refunds were at no charge in the first 24h, and he was saying that there was no refund to be made because he had not charged my card, although he kept threatening to charge me the "cancelation fee". Very aggressive and suspicious.
Complete SCAM. Do not use this company. Price changed after booking. Days later they charged my CC $800 without my approval. Not a real company. Complete nightmare.
They checked in after my trip to see how it went. That care is rare these days.

Terrible book tickets last months with K2 had to calm them 100 times just to see when I was getting my tickets they told me everything was confirmed and I get my tickets the 20th this month 3 days before my flight and nothing called then and told me my tickets were canceled I didn’t have a flight out because of over booking after a month that I book the tickets they left me stranded for the holiday weekend
Got a message with do’s & don’ts before international travel. That extra touch was unexpected but so helpful!
They knew exactly which airlines allowed free changes, what counted as hand luggage, and what didn’t. Saved me from trouble!
