Expedited Production - Going above and beyond
Went above and beyond to get an expedited backdrop produced in one day after UPS lost our backdrop in the mail on the way to the conference! Special thanks to Anthony for his quick communication.

Great quality and value.
Great quality and value.The process of ordering was quick and easy. I was confident after I received the proof of what I was getting. When the product arrived, I opened it up and 1) was impressed with the construction quality of this huge wall; 2) the artwork looked great, and 3) the physical setup of this wall was SO FAST. I set it up to make sure it looked good and put it away in less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend.

Amazing Customer Service!
Cannot say enough good things about this vendor! Our warehouse shipped out an existing backdrop frame, which arrived damaged on the set-up day of our conference. David W was absolutely amazing! He was able to overnight a new frame, so we were ready for the first day of the conference. David's communication was incredible -- he caught a UPS error before I did, proactively reached out on our behalf and resolved the issue quickly! We received the frame in time for our sales team to be set and ready to go on Day One. The original frame was still under warranty, so he's now helping us with those repairs. Cannot say enough good things about this vendor and the sales team!

I love the graphics they did on the joy…
I love the graphics they did on the joy display. I had them redo that, my stand up table as well. We also purchased an outdoor tent and more graphics for the back wall. Everything came out super professional looking. We love the final product. We use them for all our trade shows. It's a step above everyone.

Sego Backlit background was great!
Ordered a backlit backdrop and backlit counter and got it right away and the product itself, Sego, was super easy to install and take down. Very happy with how everything turned out.

The website makes it extremely simple to find the product you need. Once you place your order, an email quickly arrives and instructs you to upload your graphics files; it's as easy as can be! Turnaround time for a proof was VERY quick, and Customer Service jumped right in if there were any questions. Products arrived quickly, in perfect condition, and great quality. Great experience working with Joy Displays.With a pretty tight turn around prior to a trade show, production and delivery both were ahead of schedule.Printing quality for the pop-up banners and 8x10 fabric signage for our 20'' booth came out great.Definitely recommend!

Exactly what I was looking for
This was very easy to install and dismantle. The 20 foot graphic looked terrific. Joy was very responsive to my edit requests. Also, while a part was missing from the original shipment, they got the replacement sent 'overnight/ 1st delivery' to make sure I had it on time.

Excellent Display from Joy
We have now purchased 2 - 10x10 Sego A frames as well as 3 replacement graphics. Joy has been very responsive every step of the way. The graphics look awesome! Highly recommend them.
