East Africa..... trip of a lifetime
I had the opportunity to work with Casey Cavasher to plan a trip to celebrate a milestone birthday with my family. Rather than get presents for my birthday, all I wanted was to spend time with them. Casey helped us plan the most amazing trip which started with 'homework' from our trip planner. All 9 of us had to choose what were the 5 experiences we wanted to have. Casey took all of these and "blended" them together along with coordinating the work schedules and home city departure locations of many family members. Casey lovingly guided us through the process and the entire three week trip to Kenya and Tanzania came off without a hitch. Each location we stayed at was spectacular in its' own right. the people we met , the guides at each camp were knowledgable and welcoming. The scenery breathtaking and the experience with the wildlife will never be forgotten. I hope we can plan another trip with Casey soon.

During this time of uncertainty with…
During this time of uncertainty with Covid, we have been able to work with Casey to schedule flights for 25 people to go on a Medical/dental mission trip to Cambodia early 2021. She worked hard to get us best flights and deals along with the very important cancellation insurance Incase we are unable to go. Casey has been a joy to work with, prompt return of phone calls, emails and doesn’t proceed until we are informed of every aspect of what’s taking place. She has gone above and beyond to make sure we know current regulations of travel in country and into Cambodia. We have been doing this trip for 10 years with a different agent and took a chance on switching during this year was chancy but so happy we did. For sure will be using Casey for all future mission trips and personal.

I have been delighted with the service and value of Journeys. Casey has been very helpful and probably demonstrated more attention to detail than any travel agent I've ever dealt with. She also has given me and my family members a lot of recommended places to visit that is particular to our interests and the amount of time/priority we have. I've used Journeys four times now with total satisfaction.

Casey and Journeys Around The World is the best!
Casey and Journeys Around The World has planned many vacations for my family. From small vacations to Universal Studios, and fabulous Paris/London 25 year anniversary trip, to the latest 2 week family vacation across Italy. Casey thinks of everything. Small details that even an experienced traveler may miss. On one trip our transportation from the train station to the hotel was late and we were unsure what to do. I contacted Casey and she worked everything out and helped us during our trip. This is the extra mile Casey will go for you because she wants your vacation to be stress free. We have trusted her for over 10 years now for all our travel plans.

My total experience based on having…
My total experience based on having been my very first cruise was excellent. However, if one wanted to get drunk, gamble, or overeat, a cruise ship is the place to do it. My stateroom was very comfortable, spacious, and had all the necessary amenities. The shower, however was absolutely ridiculous. Entirely too small. Some room could have been robbed from the stateroom and added to the shower. I enjoyed the shore excursions very much. There was plenty of time allowed coming and going. All in all I'll still give it five stars.My trip advisor/travel agent was top shelf all the way.

Journeys Took Us to the Czech Republic and Austria Without Any Fuss…
Our business on Route 66 sent our manager to the International Route 66 Festival in the Czech Republic in 2018. Despite some last-minute itinerary changes requested by our manager, Casey and Journeys made booking the the trip as easy as pie. We were very pleased with the results. Even though the hotel we booked notified us that they had overbooked and we didn't have a room, Casey quickly found a hotel nearby, and the trip went off without a hitch. She arranged for rental cars and train travel so our manager could also visit friends in Austria while she was in Europe. We will always use Journeys for our international travel needs.

Cruise Plans and Beyond
Casey made every effort to ensure we have the trip we wanted. That meant redoing flight plans to accommodate an opportunity to see sights in Poland my husband had his heart set on. Then she arranged an extra night at the hotel, tour, and airport transportation. She was a true professional and we look forward to working with her again.

Friendly and Experienced
Casey was very knowledgeable and helped us create exactly the kind of trip we wanted for our honeymoon! Everywhere we stayed was excellent and having all of our transportation set up for us beforehand just made traveling so much less stressful. She is very personable and genuinely cares about getting to know her clients and creating a relationship with them.
