I think Dirt Flippers is very well thought out. It is a way of making money on vacant land that many investors ignore. Joe has done more than just the research; he has been implementing this method for years.
The live calls he hosted were educational, informative, and not too hard to follow along.Review the replay was necessary to not miss any of the details
What a great week! Everyday of Joe's Flip Dirt challenge was full of information with 'show you how' steps! VIP is worth a ton! Lots of Bonuses. With access to the replays you can go back and get the details and repeat the actions IRL and find deals. Daily homework helps implement what you learned that day. Love the FB community for Q&A and potential partners. Amazing Mentor Program option if you need assistance or a deeper dive. Thanks to Joe Dirt Flipping Challenge I have the knowledge and by doing the daily homework action was taken, this is accountability piece. I have the steps, the knowledge and the how to experience. Love this approach!

This program is very simple and inviting. They do a great job of relaying information in easy to understand and implement ways. It is focused on taking action to achieve your goals. A lot of the advices is great advice for any endeavor, not just land flipping.

The Dirt Flippers 5 day challenge was amazing. I learned more than I expected and I signed up for the Dirt Flippers Mentorship program. I am so excited for what this chapter brings for my family and our future. The Support staff are so kind and very helpful. All the tools they offer with the mentorship make it a no brainer and gives you no reason for excuses of not taking action. I highly recommend this Challenge to anyone looking to make a career in land flipping.
I completed a five day program for Dirt Flippers which was led by Joe McCall. In my career, I have attended sales training and personal development training programs in person. This is the first training that has been virtual. Joe provided his prior career experience, and the adversity that he experienced. This was helpful with knowing that he is credible and serious about the program being offered, and his determinination to see his students get results. I found that this training was well organized, credible and helpful to determine whether or not the Dirt Flippers business is suitable.
I have never seen a free course of any kind actually tell you how and literally give you the tools to succeed without needing any money. I have been looking for new revenue streams to be able to work from anywhere and get out of manual labor and this is going to be it. The course wasn't a constant sales pitch with the same repetitive key phrases the entire time. They actually showed you how to do it and then gave you the option to join their team to enhance and speed up your success. I bought the mentorship program and will start it next week with them. Action is better than overthinking and never acting.
I really cant say better things about Joe and Gavin during their challenge. Ive done other free trainings with other dirt flippers, Wholesaling training, SubTo and Bird dog training. None of them have been as informative as this training. Thank you guys.
I had a great experience joining this week seminar. Joe and Gavin are great teachers in this area. They explained everything with knowledge and Inspired me to do this business. I wasn't able to joing the program due to financial issues but definitely would love to work with them in the future. Love this!!

Joe taught me exactly what I wanted to learn about land flipping! He gave me all the resources, information, tips and tricks, in order for me to get started finding my first deals. Joe McCall really got into the advantages and techniques of buying and selling vacant land as a business in his Flipping Dirt seminars. He and his coaching partner really crushed it presenting a synopsisfrom begining to end. I really got a good idea of what was required in the day to day activities to be successful. The tools introduced, that are available for free for gathering essential information are incredible. Some require a subscription outside of the group affiliation. The offer presented for complete training at the end of seminar was reasonable, and seems to be more than worth the tuition. Providing direction, affiliation , and essential tools to get it done. For less than the cost of 1 term at communiity colleges or universities...I believe that what is taught in this this course, applied as taught, will lead to a fantastic career as a real estate entrepreneur, and financial success for life.
The simplicity of the presentation was consistent and coherent. The Joe was knowledgeable and his expertise and qualification as a subject matter specialist shined through! Joe demystified the material for greater understanding and clarity and he was confidence-building, inspiring, and reassuring! The 7.5 hour invested on the Zoom calls plus the hours of replays of new real estate investment (land) business knowledge and its potentialities are enormous and far-reaching and holds importance of financial resiliency and other implications for me and my family’s wellbeing! What I liked most about Joe McCall is he is skilled with his pin pointing knowledge for, what to search for with properties. He teaches honestly without giving you too much information. Which is one of my problems "information overload". This is a cut & dry technique that even shows you how to do it with pen & paper. No worries. Joe stays on task. Even for someone like me who has never struck a land deal before, he breaks it down to small chunks. I joined the program because this is a simple business and you don't have to kill yourself doing all of this research to get a nibble. it's a good working system and I am excited to get started.
I just completed the 5 day Dirt Flipper Challenge! It was very re assuring, with simple and good direction. Joe & Gavin make the process very easy. But it takes some new learning brain power, and determination with work.
