The agent we worked with, Israel, was obviously very knowledgeable. He was able to answer our questions in a way that we could understand everything. He kept his commitment for a timely return call and constantly made sure that we understood the program and that we felt good about choosing the program to better our situation.

Overall, the experience of getting set up was great. The person I worked with to set up the accounts and contract (Ryan) was patient and friendly. I guess the most frustrating thing so far as the whole process begins is finding the answers to dumb questions. I know an account was set up for me to make payments to as part of the settlement, for example, but how should those payments be made—will they me made automatically via ACH, or do I send the payment via Zelle? Does the $50 deposit go to the same account.same for the attorney deposit? if a creditor refuses to cancel an automatic payment, what can I do without telling them why I want to cancel it? I hate the suggestion to file a stop payment notice at my bank.I feel dumb having to send questions on an almost daily basis.I assume those issues will be resolved as we progress, however. So overall, it has gone very well.
