Bought this bike 10 months ago. I wanted to wait to see how it held up. I must say I am totally impressed and my son and a few friends have since bought them and they are trouble free
We purchased two new bikes from this company less than a year ago. One of the bikes stopped working started showing an error code with less than 60 miles. We emailed and called their support team and they had us send pictures and video of the issue. Then had us do a series of checks. They determine the the throttle control needed to be replaced and since the bike was out of warranty, I would have to pay for it. I told them the bike was less then a year on and on their website it says the bike will be warranty covered for a year after receiving it in big bold print. The support team emailed me back showing small tiny print stating they can use discretion and deny the warranty. Which means to me, if the bike came broken, missing parts or any other defect, they can deny fixing it. The support team sent a email stating how they could see how there was CONFUSION with the warranty stating it covered the bike for a year. I don't see CONFUSION, I see MISLEADING, DECEITFUL, in the warranty plastered on their website about their warranty.
Once I decided on Jasion and placed my order, my two bikes came within 5 days of the order. The recommended videos were helpful and the setup was quick and mostly easy. 1 person can put the bike together without any problem. Now just waiting for snow to leave so we can ride them more!
Absolutely amazing customer service and I think that's huge when it comes to the e-bike industry that's booming right now. The bike speaks for itself and when you sit on it and ride it you will understand the power luxury and vibe of one of the greatest e-bikes ever created. I think it's a combination for me when it comes to this brand. The attentiveness is spread between the entire brand. And that means a lot.

I had a great experience with Jasion Cistomer Support. They worked with me on my rear tire issues and resolved my problems so I can continue enjoying my bike. I bought my XHunter and have had it since July of last year ans absolutely love it!

I can’t get off this bike.lol I’m riding all over the place down to both beaches I live near and out in the woods. This thing maneuvers greatly.Ive had it to 31 mph using #5 with pedal assist at 7 gear and I’m 240 ibs. I’ve gotten 75 miles per charge
It’s a beast! Anyone thinking of getting one- do it! You won’t be disappointed! Customer service always replied and gave valuable information, assembly was a breeze, and the bike itself is well built. 5 stars. Kuddos to Jasion and their team!
The jasion revolt pro , this bike is the best on market . It is freaking awesome andfast and sleek . Alice took care of everything, she goes above and beyond making sure everything goes though right.
We bought a bike through a shop called Escooter clinic. When it was delivered, we assembled the bike but the battery was not working so we sent the battery back. However, the shop said they had contacted them so many times for a replacement but couldn't get any answers. Until now, we haven't recieve the battery or charger back and it's been four months.
I received my Jasion Hunter Pro ebike last week and am very impressed by the quality. Well made and everything works like advertised. Really like the twist throttle which allows very fine speed changes. Would definitely recommend this bike to friends.
The bike arrived late, but so far the performance is great. My son was able to assemble it easily and is loving it.
Quick and easy ordering experience. Delivery and packaging of the bikes was top notch. Assembly was simple and overall quality of the X-Hunter pro and X-Hunter bikes is excellent. Customer support is quick to respond and resolved any question I had.
A fantastic Ebike that was easy to put together! Before Christmas was over, everyone was able to take a ride. Long battery and fast with good rugged tires. Looking forward to take this bike camping and hitting some trails!

I bought two Jasion bikes for Christmas. One was dead on arrival (faulty brake sensor). Support forced me to spend hours repairing it myself, promised a replacement, and then ghosted me right before the holidays.Now, I’m stuck in a loop of useless emails with their AI support bot. Even the bike that works feels cheap and clumsy. If you want a reliable bike and actual human help, skip Jasion and buy a Lectric.Update 1-23-26. Jasion has now ghosted me but will follow up on my reviews. please read the 5 star revies and know that its all fake AI writing from Jasion. not a misspelling, not a punctual mistake, all glowing reviews. Don't be faked out. Jasion is a low-end product at best and will not make things right when it counts. They are often associated with Chinese, direct-to-consumer manufacturing, with some reports linking them to Galaxy Bicycle Co., Ltd. Please consider a different bike. I moved on to a Lectric. owned by Levi Strauss's heirs and built in Pheonix AZ. Watch the botsUpdate 2-6-26. Jasion responds to every review I leave within a day. The same corporate verbiage. But when it comes to actually refunding the money they just won't do it. I encourage you to look at Lectric.
This is our second set of bikes from Jasion : we have had great luck : delivery was on time, assembly was straight forward : we had one bike damaged in shipping but the replacement parts were shipped and easy to install with detailed videos Thanks Cathy and the support team

I recently bought a Jasion e bike that I believe is truly I catching at 1st appearance. With its long battery life and speed, I'm very pleased with my purchase and glad I chose Jasion as my ebike choice. I had a slight issue with a part on the bike and jasion went above and beyond to satisfy my issue and make the situation right, their customer service team is exceptional and resolved my issues immediately.
