I never received the shipment
I never received the shipment. I had to pay another added shipping fee from Fed ex for my last order and the new one is stuck in Tennessee in some investigation due to calligraphy ink. They think it’s some hazardous materials that I had to Docusign two different ways to verify last week and it’s still there. Now FedEx won’t reply to emails about it. Would love to love the items I bought but they’re on the other side of the United States. #thanks trump

First of all, the products are amazing. The pencils are fantastic and the notebooks are perfect. It’s hard to find a notebook that sits flat when open. Secondly the prices are fair. This purchase is the gift that keeps on giving. First I had to call customs to tell them I did order this. Then they asked me for further information. Now I’m getting a bill from customs. I do not recommend this site if you’re shipping to the US. It’s ridiculous, expect an additional $40 billion after paying shipping
