Buyer beware. Pricing theft.
I ordered on the website what was listed as 5 lb of bulk Chili Peppers for $19.99. When I put it in my shopping cart it still showed 5 lb of chili peppers for $19.99. However when I received the invoice and the Box delivered to my door I was charged $26.99 for a 2 lb bag. When I reached out to the company I was questioned and required to take pictures of what I received and what was shown on their own website. I did what was asked and showed proof in pictures clearly showing the pricing I just mentioned . This is not my mistake they misled me and charged me more than what I was expected to pay . Basically they stole from me . Around $18 After I sent the pictures There waa still no accountability and they even told me I would have to pay to have it shipped back to them before they would do anything about their misleading fraud. When I asked to speak to a supervisor the email thread ended and they stopped communicating with me

Stay away
Stay away - tried dealing with them on ebay - I noticed wrong shipping address 2 minutes after I placed order there was no way they shipped before I cancelled- have proof - have pictures and emails when placed and when cancel was requested - will file a fraud suit against them because they are charging me without my consent which is fraud - they said it was shipped before and they sent it 3 hrs later is when I received email and they are shipping to the wrong address- had 7 other items in order and everyone was kind enough to cancel but this company- one company wrote and said give us correct address and we will send it there - address was provided but not this company- don’t care about business or their customers only to get the $10 sale - so will be filing a fraud charge against them

Waxy and burnt dark chocolate espresso beans
We purchased dark chocolate covered espresso beans. The chocolate was waxy, leaving a film in our mouths. The beans were over roasted (even for espresso) and left a burnt aftertaste that didn't go away. Our order was 5 pounds. We were making gift packages for our friends. These were not usable. Also, they have a No Return policy for chocolate, making this was a complete waste of time and money.

I still haven't received the product
I still haven't received the product. I was notified that it had been delivered, but when I contacted support, I was told it hasn't even been shipped yet. The conflicting information is confusing and frustrating. I'm sure the product itself may be good, but without accurate updates or delivery, there's no way for me to know.

I waited
Well. I live on the East Coast and It's Delish is located in North Hollywood.It took 11 days to receive my dried cherries.That's unacceptable.I've had orders from the Ukraine that have arrived quicker.During my wait, I emailed them several times and got an automated and pasted response.Their phone was disconnected.But, I EVENTUALLY got my order and they're ok.I hope this helps somebody.
