No consistency
My experience has been extremely stressful and unacceptable. I was transferred to multiple representatives, none of whom seemed to know how to resolve my issue when my original agent was out sick, and there was no proper backup or continuity of service. I was charged for auto coverage, but my insurance policy was never rewritten, leaving me unknowingly uninsured. I received a letter from my mortgage company indicating that I am uninsured when I was advised they get all of my information directly from covered. That has not been the case , leaving me with threatening letters from my mortgage company. The lack of communication, follow-through, and basic competence caused unnecessary anxiety. The agent I eventually dealt with showed no understanding and concern regarding the seriousness of the situation and even raised her voice at me and then my file was handled poorly and improperly. When my original agent returned from sick leave I eventually got answers but it shouldn’t be that only one person knows how to do their job !

The best agents
The best agents. Ariel Lopez in particular was incredibly helpful. She figure out a discrepancy between two quotes and advised me really well on figuring out the best coverage structure for my personal situation. She even offered to reach out to my salesperson at the dealer to make sure everything was sewn up the same day I bought my car!!
