Products are great but do not order directly from them!!!!! They use UniUni and it’s a scam delivery company. Please go read Trust pilots reviews for UniUni and Reddit. You will see all the delivery robbed products. It’s a 10 does not help or reimburse any products. So you’re stuck to file police report on your own which we know won’t come of nothing or get your product back. They don’t care for petty crimes. Screw you “its 10”’there is nothing ten about your business practices and hiring a delivery service you know is a scam.

Fake or bad batch
I ordered “It’s a 10” Leave-In Conditioner directly from the company, but it was fulfilled by Amazon and arrived runny and completely unusable. My hair felt gross, dirty, and not soft at all, nothing like the authentic product I have purchased from Ulta for over a decade.I contacted the company to report the issue, and they refused my claim, hiding behind their “no returns” policy. This seems misleading at best, and potentially unsafe at worst. You would expect real authentic product being shipped directly from the company but apparently not. Buyers, beware: check your product carefully, especially if it’s shipped via third-party fulfillment, even if you buy direct from the company! You're better off buying from Ulta.

Product is great! Third party shipping company that It's A 10 uses is horribly slow. I'll definitely continue to buy the product, but probably not directly from them. OSM Worldwide (3rd party shipping company) has a lot of poor reviews due to their lack of speed. It's A 10 should have checked the company's reviews before choosing to use them knowing customers would not be happy with shipments taking 10+ days to arrive.

Had a friend give me their set of shampoo, conditioner, hair mask and leave in and was overwhelmed by how amazing each of these products are. My hair is extremely thick however didn’t need much product to see the benefits and quickly recovered my very bleach damaged hair

Customer service is so prompt
I tried a new product and didn't really care for it (I loved their other products like the Miracle Leave-in Conditioner, this one just wasn't for me). I emailed them on a Saturday not expecting to hear back until Monday but they got back to me right away. I sent the product back after some delay due to my disability and emailed them outside business hours because I hadn't received confirmation yet of the return receipt and again they got back to me right away. The customer service rep immediately issued my refund as well. The customer service is excellent with them and I stand by their product quality, especially for their prices!
