Issa course was absolutely amazing! It covers in depth of all aspect of training! The course is time friendly and gives you all the info needed to become an advanced trainer! Take at your own pace and anytime!

ISSA has been a great platform to learn all of this material. At first, it was hard to follow because it was so much information. I finally found my groove. Thank you for making the platform easy to follow.I don't feel like the information was fully explained to me at the beginning as far as how many courses I was going to have to take. I reached out to the person who was supposed to be my contact person, but I never received a call back. I just went along with each course. I appreciated the extension once I called back, because I did not realize that the additional courses were not optional but were a part of the program as well.
Learning from ISSA was incredibly valuable and can be applied to teaching students in real-world situations. It was a truly wonderful experience with ISSA.

I am a very busy person with my and my 9to 5 both being in health and wellness I have to do things when time permits so have online I can work from my home ,my office and at my gym when I am between clients that makes growth in my career and business easy ,thanks for all you do..

Information from the trainers is great. I love that there is a completion date attached but it allows you to work at your own pace. The information is easy to comprehend and the system is user friendly.

ISSA is extremely comprehensive. It has all the pertinent information one needs to be a successful personal trainer.
The customer service is excellent. Barry Piotrowski,and Tessa were really helpful. The course itself was pretty straightforward. I liked how informative the courses were. I’m looking forward to completing all the other courses.
Easy to follow notes with videos.
I am less than a month in. My wife became very ill and we have many unexpected bills and more to come as she continues to have appointments, testing, medications, etc. I not only will not have time to do the classes but financially things have become extremely tight. I emailed them my situation and kindly asked them to consider canceling my remaining payments (I didn’t even ask for a refund on the first payment) as I won’t be able to do the classes as my wife is ill and we have two kids plus financially we are not going to be able to do it. I received a response saying their policy is that anything over 7 days can’t be canceled and they’ll give me a two month extension. Um, this helps like not at all. No heart. No compassion. DO NOT do these classes if you suspect at all that a major life crisis may happen as they do not care and just want their money. I will not recommend to anyone simply for the response that they pretty much can care less what my situation is/wife is ill, policy is policy, so pay up.Reply to ISSAs comment: I sent an email 9 hours ago to the person I’ve been communicating with asking what I need to supply to “prove” my wife is ill? Do I need to send doctor notes, test results, pictures of her losing weight and unable to eat? Still no response. Also I was not provided this information when I reached out. AFTER I posted this review I received an email that in certain cases ISSA will cancel the classes. Classy. I don’t understand why it’s such a big deal when I am not going to be able to take the classes. It’s not like I’m getting to keep something I didn’t pay for?
