The pitcher handle for our iSpring reverse osmosis countertop filter broke clean off while carrying the full pitcher over to fill our coffee maker. Total mess. We contacted customer support since our filter is still under warranty. Laurence was our POC and he was very helpful in getting a new pitcher out to us. Great customer service from Laurence!
When yo pipes start flexin, and yo girl start stressin, just get textin, the man, Francis. Amazing customer service attached to outdated website design. 48 hour hassle free response times were incredibly helpful but the website punishes you by deleting all input data upon any submission mistake. Turning a 5 minute ticket submission in to 50 real quick. Overall, felt like the company really cares about its customers.
Had a good experience chatting with Julius after receiving my RO unit and troubleshooting the appearance of oil film and tiny white particles on the surface. I was told that it came from the food grade oil used for the seals and the white particles were supposably from the alkaline filters themselves. I appreciate the responsiveness and attention to detail that Julius provided!
Sean was so helpful! I've been a customer since 2014 and iSpring has been exceptional with troubleshooting and repair parts.
I had several questions for iSpring regarding the best filter pack based on the water quality report for our service area. Julius was very helpful in analyzing the report and then recommending the best filter pack model. I also had an issue with registering one of our products at which point Julius again jumped in an remedied the situation in a very timely fashion. My experience with Julius and iSpring is great!

Amazing customer service.I have an iSpring RO system and one of the filter housings broke at the threaded area, in contacting iSpring, Julius responded the next day to my email and confirmed sending me a replacement housing with no charge, WOW! A few days later, the filter housing was at my door.
First of all the I live in San Diego... the worst city water on the planet. We are forced to drink Costco Kirkland water... which we love. The Ispring 6- stage RO system with an alkaline filter adds the mineral water taste back into the water, the taste we like. I'm a big DIY guy, and this project was easy to install. Simply follow their YouTube video install guide. No leaks, includes tools and extra parts... excellent customer service. I've sent 3 email messages, all of which have been answered in less than 24 hours.
The price was very reasonable for the first thing The taste of the filtered water is amazingMy wife loves the water taste and that’s the best thing I can say about the product. Had a little trouble registering the product on my iPhone but finally got it done
I purchased an ISpring Whole House Water Softener second hand and upon evaluation of the unit I noticed (2) missing retaining clips for the supply and return fittings. I contacted ISpring customer service and communicated my needs through their team member Julius. Julius was prompt in his response and shipped me the parts I am missing free of charge! I am excited to get this unit up and running for my household and confident if I run into any problems, the ISpring team can provide the support needed.
I love the product design. Having an extra pitcher to store additional clean water is really convenient, and the filters appears to be incredibly easy to replace. The built-in TDS reading and on-screen filter life indicator are thoughtful features that make maintenance simple and stress-free. I also had a great experience with Sean, who was very helpful and responded quickly to my questions.
Bought the RO tankless system and went with the 800gpd. Fast delivery, easily installation, 1.5 hours and this included drill the granite counter to install faucet. This is a great system, had a tank system previously and this is a dream compared to the old one. Sean was great a help at all stages when support requested.i ordered wrong faucet and he was very responsiveness and more than considerate in his working with me. Would do it again
Our home’s water supply comes from well water, and a gas pipeline crosses our 20-acre property. Several years ago, energy company repairs required heavy equipment excavation, increasing sediment and turbidity in our water and possibly affecting the water table. We used portable water filters temporarily. Before this, our water was good except for high iron levels visible on fixtures and sediment in the water heater, which needed cleaning every six months.We replaced our well pump and disinfected the system, concerned about heavy metals and chemicals.We investigated whole-house filtration systems and installed an iSpring WGB32BM 3-stage filtration system with a spin-down filter. This decision met our expectations. Our water tasted great, and sediment buildup decreased dramatically. (The stage 1 sediment filter changed from white to dark orange after six months). We change the filters approximately every 6 to 10 months.The iSpring system is sturdy and easy to install with plumbing experience or iSpring’s help finding a qualified installer. Servicing the filters is easy if you follow iSpring’s installation and bypass procedures. We highly recommend iSpring filtration systems and the company provides a wide range of systems to meet anyone’s needs.
Their systems work great and are among the most affordable. Whenever I've had issues (they weren't at fault) they have gone above and beyond not once but twice to make it better. Customer service, Laurence, has been a pleasure to work with.
Purchased their water softener, filter and spin-down filter (WSP50ARB, WF150K and WCS45KG) for our whole house comfort. I had some questions pre-purchase and reached a live human...in America, which completely sold me. Ordered everything via Home Depot. Delivery was actually earlier than quoted and right to the garage. Installation was pretty straight forward with plenty of reference videos on YouTube. I got caught up in the Christmas rush for registering, but Julius was able to work everything out for us.We are looking forward to many years of service from our iSpring system and we recommend them to all of our neighbors and friends.
We have had a 5 stage under sink water filtration system and after 9 years of delivering high quality delicious water, I had some leaking when I changed all 5 filters. After one call to Sean at ISpring's customer service, we identified the potential problems and Sean sent me the parts to correct the leak. Within one day, all the parts arrived and with the knowledge Sean shared with me, I had the system up and running within an hour. I couldn't be happier with the support and guidance from ISpring. Prior to getting the iSpring RO system, our household filtered water through 2 separate pitchers including ZeroWater.
