It a scam
It a scam, i got notification that my package was delivered. Guess what NO PACKAGE. I was the whole day at home and nothing. They are not helping and also not refunding me.

Never received product
I placed an order that was marked as delivered on May 3, but I never received it. I’ve checked thoroughly around my property and with neighbors just in case, but there’s no sign of it. I also emailed customer service for help, but I haven’t received any response. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and support. I just want either my order or a refund.

BEWARE!!!
BEWARE!!!! I placed my order over a month ago. I followed my shipment tracker diligently so I was well aware of its delivery status. The day of delivery I received notification that my package was placed inside my mailbox. To my surprise, NO PACKAGE WAS THERE!!! I then notified the customer support team and they advised me to check my neighbors mailbox for possible theft. WTHHHH!!! First, I work from home so I would know if my package was stolen. I asked for a refund and have not heard back from the merchant. WARNING DO NOT PURCHASE WITH IPHONECASEHUB!!! Reading previous reviews I now wonder if my address was labeled wrong because the shipping company only listed my city and state 🤔😤

I placed an order over a month ago and it showed it was sent and then I tracked that it was sent to the wrong address contacted the shipper and they claimed I moved. It is impossible that I moved. I live in an apartment complex called the post office today and they said that the shipper put the wrong address

I ordered my parcel on 1st February but…
I ordered my parcel on 1st February but never received it. Despite daily communications with iPhone Case Hub, I was not notified of its shipment. They later informed me that the parcel was delivered and left partially exposed in a pigeonhole, leading to its theft. My concerns are: 1. Lack of Delivery Notification: I was not informed when the parcel was delivered, despite my consistent inquiries. 2. Delivery Handling: The parcel was left insecurely, resulting in its theft. I contacted Royal Mail, who confirmed the delivery but stated they are not responsible for the loss. According to the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the retailer is responsible for the delivery and quality of items until they are received by the customer. Therefore, I request either a replacement of my parcel or a full refund.
