Do not call list violators. They claim you or someone related to you filled out some form to receive a solicitation which is completely false. They do this in an attempt to get around state and federal do not call lists. So they want to start the relationship by lying to you - is that who you want to do business with? Scammers. Absolutely disgraceful. I would avoid!
The insurance rep failed to submit information that would have dis mounted my premium and the insurance co would not honor the discount even when the rep admitted to the error. Customer service is more than chit chat and a personable disposition. Accuracy in reporting information is more important to avoid consumers having to pay higher premiums.
