Order Tracking issues
I orignally placed one order. Never got tracking info or pickup info. They said it was best buys fault. Okay I had them cancel that order and they put in another order on 4/22, signed my agreements and said I could pick it up today. Yea how can I pickup something when A.) I dont know which location I have to go and B.) have no proof of purchase and order number to give to best buy. So I went to BOTH best buy locations in my area and neither of them could help me or even heard of instafinance 24; only progressive leasing. I had no tracking or receipt so they wouldnt give me the product. Then at 11pm I get an email from UOwn saying my account has been created and the item has either been shipped and/or delivered. How can this even be possible when you didnt even give me ANY info to pick up said item or if it was getting shipped the tracking info for it .I will update review once my concern is address and or have my item. UPDATE: I finally was able to get my order finally. thanks
