Change over went smoothly.
4 yr supplier contract i had with competitor was expiring. This company's shorter term (9 month) was now lowest i could find on puco apples to apples site other than 3 month contracts at this time.

Confusing Emails
Tried to sign up 2 places but only one went through. Received confusing emails that never identified the service address. How hard can it be to put the service address on the email?

Lookin' like i can $ave inspired
Was confirmed a residence bill needed be in my name. A friend owns the property that was once owned by the past late owner. Apple's to apples site was spoke on and helped us switch the bill's name, utility provide and save a fortunate sum!) Looked easy enough.... seeing fixed rates versus adjustable rates tgat are so flexible, you could possibly change your provider monthly

Poor communication
Poor communication. In spite of a correction I made by email and by phone to requests from you for a corrected Electric Choice number, I continue to receive emails asking for the same correction so my order can be processed!
