I bought a brand-new handheld OBD2 & 1 scanner off of Ebay that was never used it was all sealed up and boxed up. After I hooked it up to use it the scanner would not pair up with my customers 1995 Chevy Silverado and a 1992 Chevy G30 van. It said the scanner needed to be updated so I contacted the company, and they gave me the run around and told me there was no updates available for the scanner I purchased. I will never deal with this company ever again I just hope this review helps customers from the issue I have with their tools. Stay away stay far away. I paid over $ 300.00 for the Innova 3120 and its useless. They wouldn't even give me the option to trade it in for a different one with upgrades. Horrible company and experience!
