Speaking with my therapist always helps to provide a sense of calmness. I started feeling some sadness, stress, irritation and disappointment and she helped me to understand that I’m powerful!
Speaking with my therapist always leaves me feeling happier inside. She gives me some tools and tips and explanations as to why those would be helpful so I can understand why and I really appreciate that. I’m so grateful to have found them. I highly recommend their services to anyone.

Bevin makes me feel at ease, because she's so warm and caring. She gives great advice and tools to help you get through. Most importantly to me, she has a sense of humor! You can be yourself in front of her.

The therapists here are extremely empathetic, caring and qualified. I’m currently going through EMDR for post traumatic stress disorder and it is the best technique that has helped me addressed my disorder. I highly recommend this agency for anyone dealing with any kind of trauma they may be dealing with.

Everyone there is extremely kind and easy to work with at Inner Peace. Valerie is wonderful! She works very hard to explain things so I can understand my feelings or actions. Then she takes time to finds strategies to help me work through and grow. I feel like she is very good and personalizing our appointments. I really look forward to my appointments!

Misery is optional
I am 55 years old and I’ve been in therapy for the last 25 years of my life on and off. I only wish that I could’ve had the experience I’m having today with this group, because Lord knows my mental health would be so much better. It’s a beautiful office, decorated warm and inviting and the staff goes above and beyond. They completely work with you with scheduling and truly care about your wellness and it’s obvious.
