We booked a family of 5 - 2 adults and 3 kids and stayed at Inner City Pisa on 11 August 2017. On returning to the apartment at around 8pm there was music blasting from the coffee bar below- drum and bass so loud that the floor in the apartment was vibrating. We asked them to turn it down and they wouldn't. We contacted the apartment owner and whilst sympathetic nothing was done. The music continued until 12.45am when we went downstairs again and asked them when they had a licence until. The music was turned off but the revellers continued until about 3.30am. We were extremely distressed and tired. We were in dialogue with the owner by text until after midnight. We asked for a refund of the first night so that we could move apartments. She claimed that had to be done via the web booking company. On contacting them they are clear the contract is signed with the owner. We have been bounced around from the owner to the booking company- no one will take responsibility to address this. We have paid hundreds of pounds to have a truly awful experience in this place and if you had any problems with it it is clear that they will not be addressed.
