Wrong size sent - won't send what I ordered
I purchased a pair of 34 inch waist trousers from this company. The pair that they sent me were more like 38 inch (tag showed Chinese size). I emailed the company and at the same time returned the trousers at a cost to me of approximately 50 percent of the original cost.I then received a second pair of the same 38 inch size. I emailed them with photographs showing that they were well bigger than the 34 inches that I ordered.They then started ignoring my emails until I got one saying, ‘We have made up the mistake according to your requirements. accept it?’ But they haven’t, the pair that I am left with are approximately 38 inch, not the 34 inch which is what I ordered.
