I ordered an under water light from illumisea.com and never received my order. My order was paid for and when I reached out inquiring about the delivery, I was told they were having an issue fulfilling my order and it might take a few months. It has now been almost a year and still have not received the light that I paid for. I am currently pursuing legal action to resolve this issue. DO NOT ORDER from this fraudulent company.

I have a dock light that is 2 years old and has a 5 Year Warranty. Been trying for WEEKS to contact them with NO RESPONSE back. Left 4 messages , texts etc. So much for a “Family/Veteran owned business. Weird thing is , when you call Ryan Gingrich’s cell phone , his message is “Thanks for calling Illumisea yada yada yada “.

BUYER BEWARE
I have purchased a total of 48 IllumiSea Super Thin High Powered Waterproof Solar Powered LED Dock Lights in the last 6 months. First purchase was for 12 lights on 02/19/24 (ORDER #19703), received 03/21/24. Loved the lights and made a second purchase on 03/25/24 (ORDER #19759) for another 12 lights, received 03/28/24. Made a third purchase on 06/24/24 (ORDER #19908) and received 07/02/24 and a fourth purchase (ORDER #19924) on 07/03/24. I have still never received the 4th purchase. I have reached out to the vendor several times and was told there was a manufacturing delay. My last few emails from 9/10, 9/18 and 9/22 have gone unanswered and it appears their website is no longer working. So now I have 36 lights, seven (7) of them are no longer working with a 2 year warranty. And another 12 lights that I paid $447.78 for that were never received.

Poor / No Customer service
Bought 6 Dock lights. In 18 months two failed. Company does not answer the phone or return phone calls. They responded to a text only. After sending the requested photo…..nothing. After repeated attempts to get them to respond …nothing. It’s not worth the aggravation dealing with this company. They have no idea what customer service is. Do not buy.

It was difficult to get an initial response by phone or text to any questions. After a few tries, the responses we quick and informative. I purchased and was tols shipment within a day or two. After two weeks, and again a delay in response to my question of "why hasn't this shipped?" I finally wrote that I wanted a refund. The response was quick and kind, indicating they were moving and were delayed. I really thought I would like their light, but I could see problems if Inever had to contact them about a warranty issue. Despite their positive and fast response to my refund request, I felt that this relationship was off to a rough start and it was best for me to look elsewhere. I havent bought yet, but I hope to make a purchase soon.

No product after almost a month... and no email updates, or response to my calls. Cant get much worse. UPDATE: Recent reply claiming it was shipped and lost. Inaccurate! Tracking has always shown that the shipper is still awaiting product from the illumiSea. It was never sent! Company's reply also states that product is being resent...then I get an email stating shipment is on its way...great! THEN I get another email that the product isn't available and my order is being refunded. IllumiSea has some obvious issues with both accountability and order fulfillment!
