Great company for readers or sunglasses. I have ordered before. Quality frames with good variety of styles. quality lenses. Prompt service & great prices. Also 3.50 to 4.0 magnification available. That is hard to find. I will buy again.
I ordered a pair of regular readers with a blue frame but received a pair with so-called blue lenses for a computer use (and a clear frame). I don't have any use for them: they were meant for settling in with a good read, and these are very unpleasant for that purpose as they darken the page. Plus, for the computer I use a much lower strength. They're useless.They cost me $22 plus $5.95 shipping. So if I ship them back via USPS at the lowest possible rate of $10.25 I will be out of $16.20 plus an hour of my time. But if I don't even get the refund, I'm out of $38.20. I consider the latter quite likely, as ihearteyewear is a bad company that just send whatever garbage they have lying around. I'll go for the $27.95 loss, tell my friend to not ever recommend them to anyone ever again and hopefully forget all about this awful experience soon. This is how the world ends up back at Amazon. Losers.
