I've been using ICDSoft for years and have found their technical support to be second to none. I've never experienced any dropouts in their hosting service and my clients have come to rely on them (through me) for glitch-free hosting. Highly recommended!

I can say with absolute certainty that their service reliability and customer support are not only stellar but also arguably the best out there. Furthermore, their Support Team is literally the best customer service I have ever experienced with any company in my life, bar none!

I have hosted sites whose domains were purchased with them, and with other sellers and have never had a problem. Email communication re: expirations and new features are excellent.
