DO NOT use this company
DO NOT use this company! I ordered a Smeg coffee machine on the 4th December and today 16th - still nothing. Today I emailed to ask for tracking or a delivery company and an approx date as it was for a gift for Christmas, the company called me, SHOUTED at me that I’m a ‘joke’ and said I didn’t read the on the website that it takes 3 - 11 days. I did read this, I was merely asking for tracking! IF the parcel was en route, why refund me? Why not just tell me it has been sent and will be here by Friday? Which I very much doubt. AWFUL man AWFUL service

If I could give -10 i would. I bought a fridge in December and by end of February, i dont dont have it. They have lied about sending it to me 3 times, once after one month and a half, they said it was damaged and they have sent another, then miraculously got lost again and he sent another one. When i asked for tracking number, gave me a made up tracking number so when I contacted the shipping company, they said they never received any shipment for me. Thank god i bought it through Paypal. Don’t waste ur time with this company

A crazy shouting man refusing to give…
A crazy shouting man refusing to give me a return even though the item has never been put of the box and within return time line. The delivery was over a month late anyhow. Now having to deal with credit card company as he will not provide the return address. Plus you have to pay for your own returns and insure. Rip off merchant. I will visit the police and denounce this company.Un hombre loco que grita y se niega a devolverme a pesar de que el artículo nunca ha sido sacado de la caja y dentro del plazo de devolución. De todos modos, la entrega se retrasó más de un mes. Ahora tengo que tratar con la compañía de la tarjeta de crédito ya que no proporciona la dirección del remitente. Además tienes que pagar tus propias devoluciones y asegurarlas. Estafar al comerciante. Visitaré a la policía y denunciaré a esta empresa.

I bought an induction hob from Ibisa Home and it arrived broken. The packaging was inadequate, with no protection for the product. The company refuses to accept responsibility, ignoring the photos I sent as proof. They asked me to wait for their insurance and did not offer me a refund or exchange. Ibisa Home is treating me unfairly and refuses to solve the problem. Terrible customer service!

I bought a JBL Boombox at an incredible price, the lowest available online in Spain. After purchasing the itme, I read some of the reviews on Trustpilot and became worried about the 29% 1 star and negative reviews. However, the Boombox arrived, as promised, 10 days after ordering. I'm very happy

I ordered an LG sound bar
I ordered an LG sound bar, because it was the cheapest I could find on the internet. The other deciding reasons was pay with Paypal and 3 to 7 days delivery. The order was accepted and paid for with Paypal. First I I recieve an invoice for payment, the I recieve an email stating order cancelled. Next I recieve the item will be delivered which it is not. This is followed by emails telling me I have items in my basket to be paid for.after several emails to which they never give any explanation or reason I am forced to contact Paypal and submit a claim. This prompted them to refund my payment, but still every day I am getting emails telling me there are items in my basket to pay for. I will be re buy from them again, but there seems no way to delete my account. A very bad experience and thank you Paypal.
