I charged the bottle for 2 hours or so.The light turned green so I figured it was a go.I turned it on,the light turned blue, no bubbles and it turned off after a minute or so. What's up with that?
I have been using my Hydrobottle for a couple of weeks now, and have great results. I feel better, I have more energy, I sleep better, I’m more alert at work without the usual “crash” in the afternoon. I recently had an issue with one of my bottles, and customer service was amazing, my issue was resolved within 24 hours, they were friendly and prompt.
I ordered 2 bottles, one for me and one for my spouse. One of the benefits is I've actively been drinking more water throughout the day, and Hydroh has ensured I'm drinking the best water for my body.Customer Service was fantastic. I had an issue with one of the bottles and they immediately replaced it for me.I highly recommend giving this product a try!
I absolutely LOVE this product and company. After happily using the bottle for months, I dropped and shattered it on a tile floor. Since I had definitely felt better drinking from the hydro -- fewer aches and pains and better hydration -- I ordered two more so I would have a spare if/when I dropped it again. A problem with order #2 was efficiently and empathetically solved by their care team (Thanks, Amelia!) These are quality products with astonishing customer support.
It has been three months since return your product as of today date I have yet to receive my credit back on my credit card supply you with the shipping documentation to be told that it would take another ten day only for you to ignore me even though you have your bundle back at your warehouse and the 263.00 has not been refunded to me as of today date Feb26, 2026. Please send the fund back. This is not a company that I would refer to anyone. Good customer service is key.
I received my hydro bottle on 2-6-26 and used it for a week before it stopped working. I contacted customer service and after sending them a video they sent me a replacement. Great customer service with Nick and Amelia. Very prompt and helpful in helping the customer.
Hydro bottle has made it so easy to make sure I get the water I need to drink daily. The fact that it is hydrogen infused makes it perfect! Customer service has been great - proving what an excellent company this is!
I've had a great experience with my Hydroh water bottle. Ordering was very easy. I received confirmation within 5 minutes of placing my order and was given an update about shipping the next day. I received my package within 7 days. The bottle was packaged very well. I was so excited to use it. Cleaning and charging instructions were easy to follow and I started using the next day. The water was so refreshing, I refilled it 10 times the first day. I even purchased the Hydroh Cooling Sleeve with easy handle to carry it with and attach to my backpack. I'm so happy that I purchased the Hydroh water bottle. I'm excited to see how I feel in a month.

The Hydroh bottle is a nice convenient size for a quick "pick me up". It is just the right size to start the morning with some hydration and it's not too big, leaving extra water in the bottle.It's nicely constructed, heavy but not too heavy so it doesn't just fall over, The base makes it secure when you set it down. I love the way you can see the hydrogen being generated and the way you can feel the slight pressure when you remove the top to have a drink.Thanks to Hydroh for making a secure and easy to use product.
Your company was very helpful, mindful, informative, polite and went above and beyond to answer any questions that I had and there pricing was awesome and even returned my shipping cost. You couldn't ask for anything more. I'm very pleased with Hydro and I haven't even received my bottle yet lol. I can't wait to get it. I can only imagine how great the quality will be if the customer service was so awesome.
My husband struck his Hydroh Bottle on his nightstand in the middle of the night and the glass bottle shattered when it hit the floor. I emailed customer service asking if I could purchase a glass tube replacement and was promptly contacted by Amelia. Amelia stated that my issue was outside the scope of the Hydroh Bottle warranty. However, she stated that customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to the company and as a gesture of goodwill she was sending me a free replacement. WHAT COMPANY DOES THAT? I drink 3-4 Hydroh Bottles daily. My energy lasts longer throughout the day and I have less aches and pains. Do yourself a favor and try a Hydroh Bottle.
I had a great experience with Hydroh Bottle’s customer support team. My bottle fell out of its carrier and broke into pieces. Although my issue wasn’t covered under the warranty, they were still able to fix the issue. That level of care and willingness to go above and beyond truly impressed me.Amelia was kind, responsive, and made the whole process easy. It’s clear they really value their customers. I highly recommend Hydroh Bottle for both their products and their outstanding customer service!
I was skeptical but the gym my husband was going to provided hydrogen water. They ended up shutting down so, I got my husband a jug/ bottle set. The website was not accurate and I brought it to their attention and they were able to assist via email. A few months later the base wouldn't make hydrogen anymore and then the base wouldn't turn back on. They got me out a replacement right away (once I was able to send a video to show the issue). There are a lot of brands out there and I did some research. One of the reasons I chose this company is because I remembered my husband telling me about this product a few years from hearing Gary Brecka ("prominent human biologist, biohacker, and longevity expert") probably on a Joe Rogan podcast.
I use my Hydroh bottle nearly every day. I accidentally broke the glass tube. After reaching out to Hydroh bottle, they were very helpful and made a bad situation better than I expected.

I have been using the hydrohbottle for about a year now. After the first week, I started noticeing a reduce in back pain and inflammation. I had one problem with my hydrohbottle, but the customer service was very good and handled the problem quickly and without any issues. I am very happy to be with my hydrohbottle.
Great Product, I only drink out of this bottle. Feel Amazing and rehydrated. Had an issue with one of my bottles not working. They responded right away and sent me a new one.
