House jet over promises and under delivers... SCAM
I have been in the industry since 2003, and have done a great deal of business with lead gen companies in the past. Since covid, the quality of leads has fallen tremendously, I believe, due to the overseas constant barrage of calls hitting everyone.
I signed with housejet due to a conversation that the leads are scrubbed, each buyer has to answer a number of questions to qualify being assigned to an agent. 10 leads in, I was positive this was said to get me to sign up, and 50 leads into it, it was no longer an opinion, its a fact. Housejet lied about the qualification process. When I approached housejet regarding the quality of leads and that they had not been scrubbed, housejet responded they never said they qualify. 6 months later, a housejet salesman called me to sell me housejet. I found this ridiculous, as they upcharge to use their CRM, and they don't know who is already using their system? I spoke with the salesman as I was interested, and asked again on the lead scrub. He told me the exact same thing they told me to get me signed up, they go through a thorough process on qualifying the leads. When I told him I have been with housejet for over 6 months and the leads I'm getting are nowhere close to what he was promising, the tone completely changed.
Addressing any of the issues was a waste of time. They already have your money, no need to try and make right. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MARKETING DOLLARS WITH HOUSEJET.

I have had a great experience using HouseJet. The platform has helped streamline several parts of our real estate workflow, particularly with managing leads, automating follow-ups and keeping organization.
The automation features have been especially valuable because they allow us to stay consistent with Client communication without adding extra manual work.
Another highlight has been the customer support. Whenever I’ve had questions or needed help setting something up, the HouseJet team has been responsive, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful.
Overall, HouseJet has been a reliable tool that saves time, improves organization and helps us stay on top of our leads and marketing efforts. I would definitely recommend it to other real estate professionals looking to improve efficiency and scale their operations.

unprofessional
no no, and no.
I reached out for info, and they tried to pressure me to give them an answer right away. Since I told them that I need time to think and asked to send options, they hung up on me. unprofessional and rude.

starting up with Housejet
Very excited to get going with the program. The first segments have been very helpful for my start up. They are short and concise, and easy to grasp the concepts. Also, the support team has been quick and responsive in helping me with any technical issues I may have.

They said it was “pay at closing,” but turns out they want the money upfront.
They claimed it was “pay at closing,” but now they’re asking for an upfront deposit of around $3,000.

HOUSEJET MISLEADS ABOUT THEIR SERVICES
For 6 months i have been working worthless leads. In that time only 2 leads resulted in a phone call. It has become more work keeping my account active than generating any real customer contact or being able to move 1 client to Nurture or Set Appointment. I will be blasting the below information on every social media site possible and reporting to the BBB by the end of the week if there is not resolution from your company.
BEWARE OF HOUSEJET FINE PRINT - YOU WILL NEVER GET THE GUARANTEED REFUND.
House Jet made several promises in their marketing of their services that after a few weeks of working with their leads I found to be blatantly false.
1) HJ stated that one of the benefits is that its platform worked across MLS, Zillow and Realtor.com plus others so that when potential clients were searching on their site it would track how often they viewed properties. If potential clients were searching on HJ they only get a subset of MLS listings because they work with a 3rd party. I found this out because with the 1 potential client that was an actual lead that I was working I used MLS and found tons of properties that when you do a HJ search did not show up. THIS IS HUGELY MISLEADING ON THEIR PART.
2) HJ claimed that they vetted leads and that leads provided would be workable. TOTALLY FALSE. What they do is have their AI assistant reach out to them, which is not effective at all.
3) HJ claimed that they set appointments for you and take the work out of it. Not 1 appointment has been set, and I signed up 6 months ago.
4) I was contacted by a HJ agent because I had searched in her zip code. She informed me that she had not gotten one appointment, that the leads that she got from this service were unworkable. HJ marked her as inactive and never gave her the Guaranteed Refund. They did offer her an extension of 6 months. IF YOU HAVE THIS SERVICE MAKE SURE THAT THEY DO NOT MARK YOU INACTIVE AS YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR REFUND.
It is now more work for me with no results to keep me active to get my $1,750 refund for no close guarantee.
I requested a refund as working these fake useless leads to get my refund back. So, for the next 6 weeks I have to respond to useless leads for $1,750.
DON'T BELIEVE YOUR SALESMAN WHEN HE SAYS THE REAL MONEY FOR THEM IS WHEN YOU CLOSE.

SCAMMERS DO NOT USE
They say they will offer a full refund if you do not have a closing. I did my part. They stopped making calls and didn't send consistent referrals and the ones I got didn't answer, stood up the appointments, or had no money. They have offered me a credit instead of a refund. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!

WORST LEAD PLATFORM EVER!!!
I signed up for this lead system last year. I paid $3,700 for them to send me 70 crap leads. A lot of them were from another state! Of course, I wanted to request a refund since I didn't even get one sale from it. As you can guess, forget about getting a refund!!! They are sooo awful!!!! DO NOT FALL FOR THIS!

HouseJet for condo valuation
I used the HouseJet website to search for my own condo's value, as I was interested in a second opinion on what the tax assessor had mailed me, and what I found elsewhere. The HouseJet interface was intuitive and easy to use, and provided a good explanation of their automated valuation model process. The frequently asked questions went further than the model explanation, with some good high-level information about market trends and suggested approaches to increase home value, which was a helpful start.

Beware
One of the worst companies I've unfortunately ever done business with. The "leads" are simply clicks on Facebook that have no intention of purchasing or selling a property. I've filled a charge back with my credit card company and with the Missouri attorney general.

House Jet
I was hesitant to sign up for the program, but once I did, I was impressed by the University training they offer.
The trainer and House Jet CEO, Mike Oddo, take us step by step through the program, making it easy to follow. They also have a House Jet app, which is very helpful.

HouseJet.com review
Overall, the website is easy to navigate and user friendly.
One thing I observed and really loved was the fact that it can look up homes and property in your location with your location turned on.
I checked out the blog section and the articles contained in it are sound and comprehensive.
The company appears to be customer-centric which is a beautiful detail every really estate organization should have.
If they are good in delivering exactly what’s promised or even over delivering on what’s promised, the experience should be an excellent one because everything about the internals portrays attention to important details.
But one thing I discovered is that there are no real life testimonials from real people in real live locations.
If this can be worked on, the experience would be a generally beautiful one.

Weekly Update – Refund Request Still Unresolved
This week, I received a direct call from Danny Ross, a licensed Realtor in Chicago, Illinois, who was preparing to schedule an appointment with House Jet.
Before moving forward, he reviewed my posts—and the posts of other agents—regarding House Jet’s lead system.
Based on what he read, he chose not to interview with House Jet.
Instead, he reached out to me directly asking one simple question Realtors are asking everywhere right now:
“Where can I find real, verifiable buyer and seller leads that actually convert?”
This matters.
It confirms what I’ve been saying all along:
• Realtors are actively searching for legitimate lead solutions
• They are doing their homework
• And they are walking away from House Jet after reviewing real agent experiences
I did not leave House Jet because I lack follow-up skills, training, or experience.
I’ve been in this business since 2006.
I left because the core product promised—real, vetted buyer and seller leads—was not delivered.
While House Jet continues to point to dashboards, “universities,” and internal metrics, Realtors are voting with their feet—and their wallets.
The irony?
Agents are now reaching out to me for direction.
And yes—I’ve already pointed multiple agents to a better-performing lead option that is producing verifiable results, without long-term contracts, gimmicks, or excuses.
House Jet, my refund request remains unresolved.
Each week that passes without resolution, more Realtors see these posts, do their research, and decide not to do business with you.
I am still requesting:
• A full refund
• A clean separation
• No further deflection or delay tactics
This update is for transparency—nothing more.
I will continue documenting this process weekly until it is resolved.

I can't wait until my contract runs…
I can't wait until my contract runs out! Bogus leads on the same par and quality as Zillow. Leads generated through facebook advertising, the same ads I could run on my own for a lot less. In 10 months with them, not a single valid lead.
