Scam! Received confirm for order. Credit card charged. Never received any further emails. Reached out via email and tried calling, nothing. Trying to get money back from credit card. Zero stars should be allowed.
Scam! I wish I had read the reviews first. They charged my credit card and then disappeared--their phone number just clicks off, customer service doesn't respond to emails. The scammers obviously put all their effort into designing a very legitimate-looking and sounding website. Going to try to get my money back from the credit card company.
I placed an order mid January and they sent me a fake tracking number. They don’t answer the phone nor emails. Trying to get $600 returned through the credit card.
Scam - took my money, sent me an invoice and confirmation email and everything. Email and phone numbers provided were unresponsive.
Do not do business with this (company?), (person?), low-class crook. Whoever is in charge of this scam is just another someone who apparently can't find gainful employment due to ineptitude or they just enjoy seeing how many people they can scam. After waiting weeks, and following up numerous times on my order, they finally sent me two pillows that were barely more support than an empty pillow case and called them luxury pillows. I immediately tried to follow their return policy as stated on the website, and have received no reply. They do not respond to the customer service email, to their message link on the website, nor do they answer their phone.
Hotelstoyou took my order and payment on June 21, 2023. Four months later, I am still fighting for a refund.
I have purchased from Hotels To You many years ago and the service was great. However this year, I ordered a white Hookless shower curtain on March 21st. It is July 21st and I'm still waiting for the shower curtain. In the interim, I have received a beige (not white) Hookless shower curtain which I offered to return since it was the wrong color. As a 'courtesy', Hotels To You told me to keep the curtain even though I did not want it. I still insisted though on the white shower curtain, at no additional cost to me since I did not receive what I ordered and paid for. When I would inquire about the status of the delivery for the curtain, Jonathan Baldwin of Guest Support would always offer an apology for the delay. As this tactic began to wear thin, Jonathan Baldwin offered a 20% discount to appease me (which I accepted) and continued to respond to my status inquiries with arbitrary shipment dates for each ensuing month. This went on for the entire four months. It was a good thing I did not need the curtain during those four months. After the passing of this most recent unfulfilled delivery date, I decided to go to Amazon.com to purchase the same Hookless shower curtain that was advertised on HotelsToYou.com. Now I'm waiting for a response to my request for a refund on the balance of the charge for the item that I never received. There is no information on the company's website other than a phone number and PO Box address. It seems all complaints and matters of customer service are directed to Jonathan Baldwin who is masterful at kicking the can down the street for Hotels To You. On a positive note: of the two items that I ordered, a pillow was eventually delivered...not on time, but it was delivered. The website still has the white curtain available for purchase online.
DO NOT SHOP WITH THIS COMPANY! I ORDERED FROM THEM AND THEY TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SHIPPED MY PRODUCT. THEY NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE OR EMAILS. THEY DIDN'T EVEN RESPOND TO MY COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB.
Scam, ordered and never got products
Scam website. Took my money and never shipped the ordered product. Do yourself a favor and look at the BBB complaints against this company.
