HostVerge is quite exceptional. Despite offering very appealing lifetime deals for quite some time, the reliability of the services, the responsiveness of the team, and the sustainability are better than of other contenders. In more detail, setting up the hosting is structured and guided. A bit technical knowledge is required to find the right settings. Support will step in if you get stuck. This is definitely better than with other hosting providers which just leave you alone with an abundance of details. After the initial installation it is more relevant that the connections are stable and performance and speed scans show very satisfying results (will depend on your location though). So, these are mainly the relevant criteria that make a good hosting provider: ease of use, reliability, speed. With all these points ticked, there is not other way than leaving 'just another' 5* review.

I haven't used their services much yet, as I've only been with them for two months, but so far I haven't had any problems. There have been no outages, the service is fast, and management is simple and efficient. I have a Tier-2 lifetime plan and have no complaints; on the contrary, everything has been perfect so far.
It looked very promising, but some months after buying a lifetime subscription one the key functionalities just disappeared. I was no longer able to add hosting; I now need to link several domains to the same hosting, as subdirectories. The company swears there was no functionality loss, but that's not how I see it.
This is probably one of the worst platform to host your website. The customer support is very limited. The platform is a very legacy . It does not have a good ui/ux. Apart from that , where other hosting platforms are offering ai integrate services , it is still in third world. We have bought and have already stop using because it is of no use to us. Money wasted!!Updated: Giving a response is a different thing and resolving a problem is another thing.. Though the ticket got a response , but it did not resolve anything.
I am using Hostverge for trying out a range of websites for training our team in my our tiny start up. The websites are not just fast but can also support latest version of most CMSs. Started using HostVerge recently.So far, all good, service works and delivers on promises.Support is great ( what is quite a rarity with companies recently ), I needed them for some account setup issues ( fault mostly from my end ), and they were really helpful at resolving them.I will update this review if anything changes, but so far, no complaints.
I've just spent the past few days trying to troubleshoot an issue setting up a new database for my Hostverge account. Not being at all experienced with MySQL databases, I reached out to the support team who were patient, professional, and eventually were able to provide the required details that worked to access my database through a 3rd party application.
The service is slow and the control panel does not work as it should, it does not partition into independent spaces.
