Excellent across the board. 2018 is when I signed up with Host Duplex. One of the BEST business decisions I've made. Tech Support/Customer Service is the most prompt, competent and professional I've ever experienced. The actual hosting service is equally stellar. Highly recommend.

Most recently, they helped me set up a subdomain for my online courses, and it was all up and running in minutes. I highly recommend Host Duplex to anyone who needs a fast, secure hosting service for their Wordpress site. Sure, it costs more than the big bargain hosting services, but it's totally worth it, because you'll never get the kind of rock solid stability and excellent customer service that Host Duplex provides.
I have been a customer for something like 10-15 years. I have not once considered jumping ship to another business. The degree of customer service, responsiveness, and support is second to none. It's almost like that old school mom and pop joint. You just know you're prioritized, and Sam is awesome to work with. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing host support.

I am hosting my website with Host Duplex from 13 years. I still cant even imagine to migrate to any other hosting provider because in 13 years I havent faced a single problem. My website loads in seconds, I get immediate response from their support team, billing is easy. You cant ask for more, period.

We have been with Host Duplex going on two years now , migrated from Hostpapa who were a joke! The Customer support at HD has been incredible during that period! Our questions have always been answered immediately not that we have needed to contact them much. Website loading has been consistently fast in that same period. Highly recommended!

I worked with Host Duplex for three years. My business wasn’t going anywhere and I decided to close, and with that came a dreadful round of calls and e-mails, cancelling all sorts of services.
