Prompt payment after having to spend…
Prompt payment after having to spend weeks trying to find a plumber who was willing to accept the warranty. They had only one option and he never returned after initial inspection. He came on a Thursday but wanted to work over a holiday weekend so I’d have to pay double. When I questioned that and suggested Tuesday he never responded again. The warranty doesn’t cover overtime. However I found a reputable company and as soon as I forwarded my receipt Home Warranty Inc forwarded a check. I live in WV so that may reflect why it’s so hard to get a company to accept the warranty.

I truly appreciated the assistance the various agents I spoke with provided. One was even willing to to handle a three way call with the repair agent to make sure all proper documentation was taken care of. It was the above and beyond that impressed me.

Responsive /understandable/prompt
Problem was identified, could have used more money toward the replacement dishwasher. Not sure if you have noticed that everything costs "more" these days (just like the home warranty).

Great Customer Service, Quick to Respond and Approve
We were able to find our own tech and quickly diagnose the issue, then move forward with reimbursement quickly. Customer service was great and they were prompt to approve the claim and process a check for reimbursement. I've had a different home warranty company in the past and my experience with Home Warranty Inc far exceeds that company.

Double oven
First, I didn’t realize that I would have to find a repair service to fix the oven. Second, I didn’t know that I would have to order the parts myself. After doing all of that, everything turned out fine. I was under the impression from my contract, that I would receive more money towards my repair than I received.

Knowing that it does cover you 100% as the realtor explain. They must ne trained and explain to the homewoner that will cover you a percentage of the actual cost.
IT did not cover me 100% as it was explained correctly by the realtor at time of closing. If I new that was the case of covering the item partially I would jave shopped around before deciding.
