This was an amazing experience for me. I had a great investor ( Kait Spurrier ). she answered all my questions and concerns which made the whole process a great experience from start to finish.

The process was easier than I expected, and the timing was great. Victoria was exceedingly helpful and held our hand thruout the process. Thank you to Victoria, and of course the unknown 'backroom guys' who made it possible.

My loan officer Greg was outstanding and helped me through the hole process even when trying to get documents from hard to reach companies, very impressed!!!!Having brokers come to your house to take photos on my secdule was awesome and helpful.Singing on a day I had chosen and notary was every kind and did it also on my secdule do to my work secdule (weekend)
Mark was very helpful and kept me updated every step of the way. If i had any concerns or questions, i was able to text, call, or email and get a response quickly.
Nothing went wrong; my assigned agent Shawn was friendly and patiently walked me through the process. Holding my hand every step of the way; and it is so nice to NOT be handed over to several people. The whole process is going well without incident or complaints…thus far. By the way; I’m telling all my friends about my experience.
