Loving ours in our new kitchen
Company was great- however shipping time was not accurate. Took an additional 3 weeks from what we were told to receive our appliances.
I had the best experience with HOD and specifically Grace in their customer service department! When we initially ordered the appliances, the color combo we wanted was out of stock. So we ordered other ones. While we were waiting for them to ship, the ones we wanted came back in stock, and she helped us get our order changed with no issues. Then once the appliances arrived, all was well until we unboxed our range. Unfortunately it had cosmetic damage (no fault of HOD) and when I contacted them, they went above and beyond and got a new one sent to us in a very timely manner. Throughout the whole process, Grace contacted me numerous times via email and phone to make sure that we heard from the manufacturer and to send us order updates. She also contacted me to confirm that we received the new range and that everything went well. I would 1000% order through them again and highly recommended them!
I'd buy again. Much quieter and much more powerful than the one I replaced. On the lowest setting, it's barely audible. On the highest setting I can still watch TV without issue.

I bought a new cooktop here and everything went well. I got a good price, free shipping, and the product arrived undamaged. I can't comment on customer service because I never needed it, everything went smooth. I would buy again from Home outlet direct.

So far it’s been a great experience. I found a gorgeous black with bronze handles fridge and stove for the same price as a stainless set at the local furniture store. I haven’t received it yet tho so we will see what everything is like once I get it
All I expected, looks great in my space. The gas ia a little wonky but getting the hang of it!
The Home outlet experience was very good!! As to the stove we are pleased with only one suggestion. In that the stove can be used with two different fuel types I think for a very minor cost ZLine should include the two small tools needed to switch the jets. It took me going to several stores to find the small wrench and socket needed. Other than that we were very pleased

So we had problems getting this stuff The appliance package I bought and after some due diligence by the manager and the team they took care of it they made things right even though it wasn't their fault they stepped up and did the right thing and made sure I finally got my appliances that was taken forever from Thor so hats off to the manager and the people there at the office that did the right thing so happy with Holly took care of the situation
One of my appliances was sold out nationwide. It took a couple of months to finally get it from the manufacturer. During that time I would call or email for updates on it. Every person I spoke with or emailed was extremely helpful and always had given me timely updates. This goes a very long way with me. I will definitely use HOD for my future purchases.
