They sent out a Lawn Service they knew nothing about. An XLG Mexican woman on a huge ride on mower did 360 circles in my yard. My yard is to small for such a large piece of machinery. She was on her cell phone the entire time. I attempted to stop them and I did video the entire destruction of my yard. Gnome support apologized and said they would never send them and put in a claim. The claim came back as $35. Which was no wear close to the damage and what I need to pay to get my yard fixed. I allowed them to sent another team but they showed up at 7 am which is against my HOA. So I canceled and they still sent a different team 2 weeks later and I told them I canceled the service with Gnome over 2 weeks ago. They left and I was still charged. I attempted to contact support but they just give me a run around

I had an amazing experience using Home Gnome when I needed a plumber to fix my kitchen drain that was leaking. From start to finish everything was just super easy. I went on the site, picked plumbing, and within a few minutes I had someone from Crow's Plumbing Service lined up to come out.The plumber, Greg, showed up right on time, was super friendly and explained what was going on in a way I could actually understand (not all that confusing plumbing talk). He fixed the leak quick and even cleaned upafterwards, which I really appreciated.What I liked most is how simple the whole thing was. No calling around or waiting forever for a quote, just straight to the point. You can tell they really vet who they send out cause the guy knew exactly what he was doing.Honestly I’ll 100% be using Home Gnome again next time I need something done around the house. It’s nice finally finding a service that actually delivers what they promise.

I had a great experience with Home Gnome’s lawn fertilizer and weed control service. The technician arrived the day the app said he would, and though I'm not usually home when they are here to do the work, this time I was and was glad I got to go out and talk to him. He took the time to walk me around the yard, pointed out the different types of weeds, and explained the steps he’d take to eliminate them. What stood out even more was the helpful advice he gave on what I could do to maintain the lawn myself between visits. He even suggested the type of topsoil that pairs best with their fertilizer, which was knowledge I didn’t have before. Just a few simple tips made me realize how easy it can be to keep my yard looking its best. I've already recommended Home Gnome to all of my family, because it just saves so much time.
