We have had a great experience dealing with US Hole in One and Brad. Have not been able to get them on the phone for days. I just get put on eternal hold. I need to know what sort of paperwork is needed to certify the witnesses for a hole in one (both main prize and bonus prizes). I need this so I can prepare the witnesses and be prepared to submit for the prizes. There is no information about this on the web site and I cant examine the forms to submit a win until after the event! Extremely poor customer service.
