Delivery fast
Delivery fast. It is a good workout! I purchased this for my teenage daughter. Time will tell how this holds up but it seems to be pretty decent quality for the price.

Wow!Great product
Wow!Great product! I've been involved in boxing for over 25-years as a boxer; and an amateur and professional coach/trainer and this piece of equipment is AWESOME! Still experimenting with it, but pretty good so far! Very impressed so far. I wish this had been around years ago! I think it will definitely help with a fighters defense/head movement/timing and punching off a block or duck.
