Great experience!
The guys were great. Arrived early and finished our job quickly. All were friendly and hard working! I would not hesitate to use again and will recommend to friends and family. The local contact, Jordan was amazing. We had to reschedule a few times and he was so accommodating with our changing schedule.

Poor Movers and no protection for damage
A Plus Movers in CT were hired to load my storage container. They were late, unprepared and unprofessional upon arrival. All documented in real time. I had to insist that they use the protective blankets that I PROVIDED because they were damaging my inventory as they were moving my items into the storage container. They loaded the POD poorly resulting in over $4000 worth of damage, discovered after my POD was delivered and unloaded by very good movers I hired. This included a complete loss of my $3000 mattress. After providing all the photos of the damage, including how the container was loaded, I was offered $200 for my loss. The cap for the basic coverage for damage is $1000. The claims department refuses to provide the max protection. This is my third moving company I hired through HireAHelper in three years. I would not use their services again and I would not recommend them.

My major complaint that I hired you…
My major complaint that I hired you because you were referred by The PODS . I thought that your company and PODS company would coordinate when the POD would be delivered so that your guys would know when to come to my house. Instead I had to estimate when your guys were to come. This caused me to reschedule which I refuse to pay. If you want to be compensated call PODS Company. In addition your guy had an accident and chipped my formica Armoire door.

They found the extra help that I need…
They found the extra help that I need for a project that my company was working on. They checked off all the boxes of help that was needed. They got the right workers for the job and the pricing was very reasonable. The process is easy and they have a great base of workers that can fill any job at anytime that is needed. I will be using them again for my future projects.

I would highly recommend this company for the professionalism of their team. From start to finish, they made my move a breeze! Between the first person I talked to in customer service, to having Larry and his team help move my belongings, my total experience was seamless! I would definitely call them again !
