I have a problem with the processing of the complaint. The shoes arrived in good condition, unfortunately the size did not suit me. I sent them back according to RETURN LABEM.A month has passed and we still have not received the voucher.A month has passed and we still have not received the voucher.

First of all, I have to thank you for the excellent service with the return of the products. The products I ordered were the wrong size after all and your return system was very clear, fast and personal.The delivery times for the first order and the replacement products were very bad. I had to wait over two weeks for the first order and almost four weeks for the replacement products, even though the return I sent arrived in less than two days.In addition, the shoes and socks in your product are not as warm as you make them out to be. I have been wearing them for a week now in the freezing Finnish weather, sweaty socks in poorly insulated shoes are a very bad combination. Time will tell how durable they are.

The boots failed. Very poor quality and customer service was shocking. Issue took 3 months for hillman to say it was not covered by there warranty and the delay was Down to “ our warranty department was exceptionally busy last month.

I pre-ordered a hunting pants since July with an initial delivery date in early September and ended up receiving it at the end of November! It was a very disappointing experience.
The water resistance is very good and at the same time comfortable and functional. All praise for the clothing that is not cold at -10 and not hot at +10.
I was genuinely excited to receive and try these boots. The advertising made them look very promising, with what appeared to be premium materials and the added bonus of the Boa System. I don’t mind paying a high price for footwear if the quality, comfort, and performance truly justify it—especially for work boots. At nearly $500 USD, my expectations were understandably high.Unfortunately, once I received them, I was very disappointed. I purchase new work boots every 5–6 months due to the nature of my work in landscaping and dog grooming. I’m on my feet all day, and waterproofing and comfort are non-negotiable. After trying these boots, I found the materials, comfort, and overall build quality to be comparable to the Ariat Men’s Stump Jumper waterproof work boots, which retail for around $285 USD and are readily available in the U.S. For nearly double the price, I expected a noticeable improvement—there simply wasn’t one.I decided to return the boots, assuming a “full refund” meant what most customers are accustomed to. Only after shipping them back did I realize I was responsible for return shipping and customs fees. While I acknowledge that it’s my responsibility to read the fine print, the refund policy was not clearly communicated, and the wording on the website felt misleading. Had I known I would be spending over $100 just to try on boots and return them, I would not have made the purchase.What’s most disappointing is not just the cost, but the customer service experience and the lack of transparency around returns. For a premium-priced product marketed as top-tier insulated hunting boots, both the quality and the refund policy fall short of expectations.I hope the company seriously reconsiders how its refund and return policies are presented to customers—especially international buyers. Clearer communication and a more customer-friendly approach would go a long way in restoring trust.
I placed my first order for the insulated boots did not arrive like they said almost a week late but when I got them I ordered half size to big but I gave them to my son in law for Christmas and ordered me another pair those came on time and I love them they are legit so I ordered the 3rd pair for one of my workers expensive but they are worth it for all the hunters out there they are definitely worth it including the wait time on them 100percent
excellent boots, its my second pair and i love them for walking and hiking.100% waterproof and good grip is needed for my daily walks with my malinois
