Withheld restoration documents after money taken

My mother purchased a restoration kit from this company for my amplifier as a gift via their eBay store. As it was a gift she left neutral feedback stating "item is a gift so can't comment on it's quality" or something to that effect. The kit includes a scrap of paper telling you to email asking for the instructions, which I did. The company then responded saying that as mum had left neutral feedback they were withholding the documentation which makes the rest of the components useless. Live and learn I suppose but unfortunately I've been left with a very upset mother and a vintage Yamaha amp that now may not be able to live on.

I found a recap kit for my receiver

I found a recap kit for my receiver, and they shipped it to me. The links did work when I used Google Web Browser and Google Docs for installation instructions. It would be nice if they listed their phone number and physical address for communications, but emails eventually get it done.

NO !! HiFiAudio.com

On November 16th, 2024 I purchased his (hifiaudio.com)'s Threshold S/300 Optical Bias (NOT MKII parts restoration kit. My eBay order was delivered on November 25th but was sadly misrepresentedWhat I received was, as Threshold Audio USA themselves stated, were incorrect values. Not to mention, the big PS supply caps he insisted were 15K/85V originally (and what arrived in the kit 3 inches short and grossly wrong) and the manufacturer declared they were actually 29K/85V of which both of my units originally were equipped with. When I brought this to his attention, he claimed they were the same as The MKII (of which I insisted I did not have when placing the order). Furthermore, 7 emails through his site and eBay ... no reply. In fact, initially, he cited this clown-show false chat group post as his proof of correct-values (here's his link: (TrustPilot wont allow the link).Complete fraud (at least in respect to this kit). He bases his kits on goofy chats that are not even the same unit?It gets worse ... When I reminded him for the fourth time I had a MK1 NOT MKII, he responded with "same thing". I have screenshots of every convo and will include them if I can. 4 Attachments • Scanned by Gmail

order not completed

I ordered two recap kits for my Crown D60 amps. Was only sent one kit. Contacted the company but their response was it was too late as they had destroyed their records. Showed them their own paper work that I received showing only one kit was received but they still refused to complete the order. The kits should have come with emailed instructions on how to use the kits. The link they sent didn't work, showing a 404 error page not found. Have asked three times for a working link and they have refused to forward the instruction making the one kit I received unusable. This is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with.Only gave a 1 star rating g as this was the lowest I could give.
