Don't buy it. They doesn't does what they prommise and no refund.
I begin with license for partition recovery. That wassend working. In the program they advised me to use the raid recovery program. I had to recover files one disk from a Synology raid. In the advertisement they let you believe you can connect to you nas and it will be recovered. Thats misleading=, you have to take out your disk and make a full scan, Well the scan onley takes more then 3 days for a disk with 1,8 Tb. And after that, the Volume1 (This is wat I needed) was visible but only the root files. Not the maps with the files. So I contact them and I ask for a return of my money. They refused it, because there is a free try you can download. I explained the situation how I was suggested witin there other program to buy the raid recovery. But they refuse me to get my money back.I allready contact your technical team. It won't work, and I don't have the tome to wait more theb 3 days to scan the disk.

Corrupt files NO GOOD!
All files supposedly recovered were Corrupt, but Disk Drill WORKED so don't use Hetman Software it sucks!

This software costs money. Looks great, brilliant UI, loads of features and buttons etc. But in the end it could not read my hard drives and testdisk was able to help recover all my data.

The software does not work and we claimed their 30 day money back guarantee as promised on their website, but from then on we don't get any response from the support team.Update: 30.04. 14:49 - We received the money, but it's a shame to see the support team only respond after a public statement here on Trustpilot describing the company's practices. So be careful with this company.

Yes, it did a good job - recovering a corrupt file system on VmWare ESXi Hypervisor. So I catched the last state of the vms, written - not only the last backup :D
