Help - Just in Time
I have had a few UTIs over the past several years, and Wisp doctors have helped me recover fast! I appreciate the symptom survey as well as the telehealth evaluation - so much easier than going into urgent care, especially during flu season. I have recommended Wisp to all my female friends and family, as a complement to their OB/GYN care.

Not 24/7 nor same day all lies dead end shameful
Not 24/7 service, just the ability to purchase 24/7. Not same day at all, delayed till who knows when. In this case, same day isn’t same day to the local pharmacy. Their number goes to voicemail all day with no call back. The online chat says 24-hour response. Their email for support wasn’t helpful and kept asking for the same info I was providing. Now, without the same day pharmacy as promised at checkout, I’d like to speak with someone who is a higher-up or actually a real person altogether. This is my first time using an online site such as this, and my review is this sad information - not a good start. This is why I’d rather buy local. I would like to make this right, so how do I reach someone? I fear a dead end will be met at every turn.update:youll only hear from them when u ask for a refund after waiting most of the day an the do close at 6 or 7 it’s for sure not24/7 Rey is the one who gave me the refund after send them a message about when you’ll hear so meaning there same day is true or NOT an it’s not this Isa perfect moment for why local is better an having a supportive healthcare system local is important if I could give them no stars I would they dont even need the one star. Most of the reviews are not accounts that are giving the5star needs to watch for fake accounts cause the service was horrible

Holy Grail of UTI treatment!
Wisp made it SO quick and easy to treat my UTI. Anyone who has had a UTI knows how extremely uncomfortable they are, so it was a huge relief to get treatment without leaving my house. I will definitely continue to use Wisp for UTI treatment and any other treatment I may need.

Save time and money.
This was my first time using wisp and I am telling all.my friends and family about it, The cheapest Dr appointment I could find was $130 with $80 testing to prove I had BV so I could get rx. I paided $55 and was given rx with no appointment or having to leave work. I am so happy I found wisp how wonderful it is not to have to go to dr with embarrassing issues.

First time Wisp user here. I was struggling to get an appointment with a local doctor when I looked into Wisp instead. Best decision ever! Wisp made getting a prescription quick and easy after following the appropriate process for diagnosis and review. My Rx was sent in same day for a fraction of the cost of a doctors visit.

Wisp was such a blessing I am so greatful I found them and took the chance on Wisp, they actually did exactly what they advertise so many company's lie. They helped me in such a time of need I was so sick and couldn't get to my provider but the Wisp doctor cared and was fast on getting what I needed. I will be recommending Wisp to everyone!! And this is so serious!
