I have owned a Geo Knight heat press for over 20 years and it has been the best choice I have made in the 50+ years I have been airbrushing garments (t-shirts, jackets, etc.) I highly recommend the Geo Knight 110%, plus their service and response to any questions or problems is 2nd to none, a first class company. We have been using our DK20S Press for about 15-16 years. We recently had an ERR code come up while using it. I called the contact number, left a message, and received a phone call within a 1/2 day. They knew the issue, described it on the phone, and provided clear instructions to fix the issue through email. Asked if I could reply to let them know if it worked, and that they would follow up. Service was quick, enthusiastic, and well done. The press has been excellent in a school setting with students using it for nearly 2 decades. The service was great. Highly recommend. Worth the extra money for quality of presses, longevity, and service.

We have 7 Geo Knight Presses. 1 - 32x42 AIr Automatic, 1 - Maxi Air Man MAXI-4464AP, 1 - Maxi Press MAXI-4464AP shuttle, 2 - 394-TS shuttle presses, 1 -Model 294a and 1 - DK25S. We run well over 200,000 Metal and ceramic products through these annually. We also use our 4464 for mounting photos to mount core board. Easy to use and their support is outstanding! Why buy anything else?

Man was I shocked!!
I am somewhat new to the heat press world, well at least new to the more serious side of this industry. I leaned of Geo Knight recently while looking to upgrade my original heat press. I first spoke with Suzie in customer service. She was very knowledgeable and helped me to better understand what I was looking for. As it turns out, I found a used Geo Knight DK20A press. After purchasing it, I discovered 3 missing bolts (not a normal bolt) and also discovered that one of the piston bolts had broken. I contacted customer service parts department via email and they told me the part packages I would need. What was amazing, although I do not have any type of warranty on this press because I bought it used, was how they took their time with me. It was as I had just purchased it brand new press from them. Two of the parts kits were of no charge and one kit only cost $25 shipped. Not only that, when I told them I was needing the parts as soon as possible, they shipped them within minutes. Wow... I would expect this from a company that I just purchased from (which I did not) but I didnt expect this level of service as a second hand purchaser. If this machine is half as good as the reviews I have found on it, they have me as a customer for life, especially when I am ready to upgrade again, and that will be an upgrade to a brand new unit. Thanks GEO KNIGHT your service left nothing to be desire. EXCELLENCE all the way around.

Aaron and the G Knight Co team were amazing when my press went down in the middle of restocking my shop apparel. They helped walk me thru the troubleshooting steps so we could find the exact location of the issue and then quickly did some research and found the correct part to fix the press. Coolest part is I am in Charleston South Carolina so working with G Knight in another state was not an issue at all. Great company, excellent products, epic tech support and staff!!!

I purchased a DK20s on FB Marketplace Thursday just before Memorial Day weekend, and was annoyed at the heat press, but worked well and I was able to finish a few DTF presses. On Saturday I decided to contact Geo Knight, wondering if they would stand by this machine I purchased used and to my delight they did. I got a return email from Arron and was surprised that continued to reply to my questions even though it was a holiday weekend. He gave me advise on a way to rid myself of the annoyance and also how to purchase new parts that would make the machine "electronically new" and bring this older machine up to date. I received my parts today and confidently installed them in about an hour and the press is working like what I'm guessing new would be. I am very happy I bought this heat press, and I'm delighted that I was treated so well, just like I bought it new and at the full price. The whole thing has this home town feel that is missing from business today (especially internet). I was also contacted via email and kept abreast on the stages of the delivery of my parts this company is a class act as far as I am concerned. I have already told 2 friends about my experience (one already owns a Geo Knight press) and will continue to talk about this product and steer people towards them. Thank you Geo Knight I feel like a real customer.

GeoKnight Saves The Day!
I ordered 2 new DK20A presses and a new DK7 press for an event and Aaron and the team were excellent to work with as usual. The real magic happened when we arrived in California to receive the pallet of machinery and learned the truck wouldn't get them to us in time for the event. After tracking down Aaron sometime after 10PM EST, he was able to hop on his email and let the representative at XPO that it was okay to release the pallet to us. Him answering the call at that time literally saved our entire event. I continue to recommend GeoKnight presses to anyone in the market and no one stands behind their products like these guys. Heat Press Issue Resolved
My 10+y/o KS20 press started counting backwards and also having a pressure reading issue. It was late in the day when I emailed customer support. I got a response almost immediately with detailed instructions on how to fix the issues. I was successfully able to get back up and running in no time. Not only is this a great product, their customer support is stellar!

Anyone who doesn't give this company a raving 5 Star review for tech support isn't telling the whole story, period! I've been a customer for 15 years and have NEVER experienced more responsive, knowledgeable, or courteous support. Their products are high quality to begin with, so issues are limited, but stuff happens, and the 3 times I did have issues over those 15 years, I was responded to and had my issue resolved within HOURS. One of those responses even came on an Easter Sunday, which I had no expectation to receive. Parts were shipped the next day and I was up and running by Friday. There is simply no better company to work with in this industry, or any other for that matter.

I recently was having trouble with my heatpress. I sent an email to Aaron Knight and got almost an immediate response. The solution was something I had overlooked and was so easy to solve. I can't believe I waited as long as I did to reach out. (ps, replace your cardboard layer under you pad when it wears out, it's acually really important!) Thanks for a really great hydraulic heat press. It's still wonderful after 4 years.

I highly disagree with all of these comments. We had to receive a new controller panel for our clamshell heat press. Waited an entire week, only received part of our order. Called back, waited ANOTHER week for the rest of our control panel order. Was installing the new panel and went to plug the last cord in and it’s stripped with no spacer. Called to get some help on how to attach the extra spacers that the included onto the wire, mind you our shop has been without for three weeks at this point, the man that I was finally transferred to was SO RUDE. Wanted pictures and to wait longer to get answers when I simply wanted to find out how to attach the spacers THEY SENT. Continued to cut me off while trying to explain the issue and was just beyond rude. I’ll never do service with geo knight again because of this person and their actions/carelessness of customers.

I own a small Ecommerce site needing to heat press my brand labels onto my custom produced clothing. I purchased a JP12 clam shell swing unit long ago, over 10 years. This unit has worked consistently and without fail every single day. It has only needed a replacement switch or small electrical part from time to time. Geo Knight not only carries all these inexpensive replacement parts but their customer service every time I’ve reached out has been quick and personal, assuring me that their equipment will continue to do its job with the needed part. It’s a rarity these days to have a company to continue to support their product AFTER the initial sale of the equipment, saving a small business like mine from needlessly spending $$$$ replacing equipment.
