Ordered a gift card for immediate online delivery at an email address. Never received the gift card even after so many hours of wait. Online customer chat not available when you need it. Such a waste of money and time, and more sl lost the occasion. Shame on Healthy Planet!
First & last time with Healthy Planet. Started off on April 5 with 29 products in basket. There were some items that were on sale. By the time I was able to submit my order two weeks later for delivery on April 28, products reduced to 8 and sale prices no longer available. Not my fault order couldn't be submitted when sale prices effective. Sale prices should have been honored according to the time products ordered. Customer service doesn't answer and when you can leave a message, that is not answered either. Their emails are not answered. It was a very frustrating experience. COVID 19 is difficult enough. This should have been easy . When I received an email rating my experience, that was not answered either.
