A little concerned when we initially wanted to use Healthsaverstore. I
Initially when we wanted to use this service we called Customer Service several times but they were never able to answer any of our questions. However within a day or so a gentleman would return our calls and answer all of our questions. The first time we completed all information online, it was very easy but it took several more calls to actually receive the LabCorp Forms--------and then a couple of more to receive our results. The second time one of us requested another lab test we could not get anyone to answer customer service phone lines, their website was down and the gentleman's phone inbox was full. VERY UPSETTING. However, within a couple of days the same man called and apologized about all the above------------and everything went great after that. As far as going to LabCorp it was excellent. We appreciate this service more than we can express. Now that we think all the issues are worked out we will use it again and again. We have also told numerous people about this. Thank you.
