The best staff by far from any self…
The best staff by far from any self storage you gotta try this place you won’t be disappointed or regret it I know I’ll never store with any other storage other then hawaii self storage Best value and quality for your money by far and it’s a/c and it has security can’t beat it

I haven't had problems with this…
I haven't had problems with this storage facility. Staff that I have met have been nice and courteous. I didn't give it 5 stars simply because there have been times when I've gone to check my storage unit and inside the facility there was trash on the ground.

I would like to express our gratitude for the Great Staff and Service given to us. We appreciate the understanding during the corvid-19 virus. We experienced the loss of a job and or cut back in our pay in giving us the chance to pay at a later date. thank you! thank you! for the storage space that we have.Have a Happy Holiday and be Safe! :o)

If you have items for storage
If you have items for storage, you should try HI Self Storage in Pearl City. I swear there is no friendlier staff anywhere. The place is always clean. What more could you ask for?

I’m moving from Salt Lake branch of Hawaii Self storage
I’m moving from Salt Lake branch of Hawaii Self Storage . Problems when I would visit was in pass, not sure if still happening , Handicap stalls are limited to two near front office. Don’t know if any more in back but someone put orange cone in handicap stall when I visited twice.Although some supervisor called me and advised they hour check on handicap stalls hourly. I feel like the other stalls do not allow for a large volvo . I am trying to move to the Iwilei Hawaii Self storage since I go to Costco a lot. Now days Hawaii Self storage no longer offers pick up service for items.The Iwilei Hawaii Self storage is nicer. They saved me a good locker. There is no mention of flat bed trolleys for moving items at this location.

Very satisfied but would like an early…
Very satisfied but would like an early notification of when my rent is due. I pay 6 months at a time to retain my low rate and last two times did not get a heads up.

Air conditioned, many easy to get to locations, carts to use on site, clean bathrooms, 24 hr access, secure locations and friendly staff! The best in Hawaii!

Customer service is the best and the climate is wayyy cooler than the last facility I was at. Clean and great hours. The best part is the internet price. A great deal! Parking is limited.
