Better than expected
Better than expected! This is the third time we've ordered from Harold Home and continue to be very pleased with our picture. The picture is beautiful and better than expected. I highly recommend them, you won't be disappointed. We'll definitely be back!!!

Cheap AI style filter placed ontop of photos to make it appear like painting...
I have tried to use Harold Home for years, and always hope that I will be "surprised" the next time.Unfortunately I have to move on. With advances in technology like AI/ChaptGPT apps, its overwhelmingly clear that all Harold Home does is take the photo you sent them - add a filter on top of the picture, print it out and mail it to you in what is the absolute cheapest frame in the world. There is no "artist". No one is hand crafting this. It is a print out of your photo with a filter.What's worse is it comes in a one-time use frame (that costs more than frames from the store)- you cant take the photo out without breaking the tabs off the back - rendering it trash. This is so you/your client doesn't see the printer bar code on the back..My clients have all thought I was giving them a painting of their home, not a printed picture of the house with a filter on it that "blurs" it. I've actually been quit embarrassed to give these the last few times when my clients have asked "who was the painter". Just not worth it. Spend your money on a real, local artist. Otherwise, upload your photo to ChapGPT, and say "add a water color filter to this photo" and it will give you the same.exact.result, and have it printed at CVS and add it to a frame yourself for $15 instead of $100.

Beautiful gift
I purchased this for our daughter's new home. The watercolor picture turned out beautiful! I requested edits to the original picture which were created very quickly and I received the product crazy fast! It was also very affordable and we couldn't be more pleased!

The revision did not use the original photo as intended. I tried to edit but the system forced me to accept the revision. Please check for my revision before sending the finalThe team at Harold Home jumped on my concern immediately and corrected the image. The edited version is a gift I'm looking forward to giving

I had a great experience with my order
I had a great experience with my order. I had many revisions because I would notice something I wanted to update and they executed timely. Just approved my final revision and waiting for my printout. Highly recommend

You need to make it easier to open up to review the artwork. Other than that, it is beautiful. I love it. I can’t wait to give it to my husband for his birthday. Thank you so much for all the revisions I asked for. It’s perfect.

A Really Special Gift
The initial sketch of my parents' house came back so quickly for me to review, and it was perfect! Harold Home was also able to deliver the art to my parents before Christmas. My parents were overwhelmed with how special and beautiful the artwork was. They absolutely love it!

Only Email Communication Doesn’t Work
From the beginning I advised that I was on a time crunch to get this gift for my clients. The first proof was sent, I had one revision done and asked to see both original version and revised. A whole week was wasted by me asking to send these as attachments because I couldn’t view them. Due to this loss of time, I will not have this gift in time for my buyer’s closing. There is no customer service phone number that I could have called to get assistance.
