Stolen package - no refund
Bought some earphones that got stolen from my porch. I did not give permission for the delivery service to drop it off there, so one would think the case is clear - refund or a replacement.Not with Harman. They will continuously insist that the parcel was delivered as was agreed upon and refuse any refund. If the customer service is not sorting this out soon I will pursue further steps.

Very Poor Communication
Ordered items from Harman Audio and received a confirmation. My CC was charged and I waited a few weeks and did not receive an email that showed it shipped. I had to call customer service and after about 45 min, they explained that the item was out of stock and they would cancel my order and refund my payment. I am not sure why they did not know this up front and cancel my order before they charged my CC. Also, I don't know why I had to be the one to follow through to get refunded. Absolutely poor communication and disappointing service. Poor way to run a business! Stay away!

Absolutely horrible customer service
Absolutely horrible customer service, to the point that they are borderline scamming people. They gave me a discount code that unapplied itself when attempting to check out, attempting to scam me out of the 30% discount that they were supposed to give me.

I actually had an excellent customer service experience with Harman Audio. I contacted them at the end of October 2023 for my broken JBL Wind3 speaker. The customer service assigned a rep, and he was in contact me with me providing updates until the issue was resolved. They paid for my return shipping label with UPS, and now a replacement speaker is on the way with a UPS tracking number. Maybe I was lucky to get this specific customer rep. Honestly besides Amazon customer service, this is one of my best customer service experiences in my 40 years of life.

Horrible quality I've had the product for one month of usage and a completely broke down When I called in the customer service rapper wasn't very nice and for me because they were just a little bit outside of warranty even though I hardly use them I'm out of luck wow really so many different options and I took the worst one Live and learn when I will definitely not be buying any JBL product when it's this hard to get good quality stuff

Fast and friendly service
The left earpiece of my JBL BT110 did not work anymore after about 1 year of daily use. A wobbly contact was the problem.After contacting Harman support and two emails, a new pair of headphones was sent back to me.Even during the Christmas holidays, the response arrived in the first 24 hours.Thank you for your amazing service, special thanks to Leila and Tobias for their fast and excellent service.

Poor communication, poor support, poor company
Ordered an item - an adapter used for AKG mics in professional environment - and received shipping confirmation. In the email I was informed I'd receive by a particular date. Again, only professionals would be ordering this item which means we generally don't have time for ambiguity and tinkering around wondering where our orders are. Try to track the package via their website, "No info available. Come back soon!" Their site says it shipped via UPS but it isn't a UPS tracking number. Contact support when the arrival date comes and goes and they have no idea where the item is or what the status of the order is. "We'll send you an email within 48 hours with more information..." Really? You could've put this in an envelope with a standard postage stamp it's that small of an item. This has been an AWFUL experience with this company - I buy A LOT of audio equipment both consumer and professional and I will shy away from anything Harman in the future.

AWFUL experience
AWFUL experience. Ordered a Xmas gift at the beginning of December which they failed to tell me was out of stock. When the product wasn't delivered by the expected date, I called multiple times, since no one got back to me by the time they said they would (Thanks Jay! Thanks Alvin!)--and was on hold for each call well over an hour, then proceeded to talk/ be placed further on hold each time for an additional hour. We are now talking about 6-7 hours of my life I'll never get back, I don't have a Xmas gift, and no time to replace it. WOW.This is THE WORST customer service. Harman Audio has turned what should be a joyous occasion into a nightmare. STAY AWAY.
